I'm from Brazil, despite trying, some employees are rude and follow you around thinking you're going to steal, if possible go without a backpack, otherwise attractive prices and varieties.

This is like my favorite store in the world they have a little bit of everything from household goods, home decore, clothing, toiletries, and more. Anytime I think where can I find _ item I check at DII because they have everything for an awesome price

The worst service.the manager is rude, I won't go there again. I wanted to change curtains that they didn't make for my house and he didn't change it, just telling me no.fire him

Welk-stocked, though some prices leave you wondering where the deals are.

Generally clean with helpful staff. In the summer, it gets a bit crowded.

I highly, highly recommend this location my children and I were treated very well. Adam took very good care of us. He was very knowledgable which is a great. The store is clean. Great music. Awesome clothing. So I bought three pairs of shoes and one pair inserts which were fitted to our feet

Totally don’t care about you as customer, they see you with little kids and will not lend you the restroom, people like this don’t deserve you business.

The only thing I like at their store is probably the chocolates and snacks.anything else like beauty products, clothes, household products etc.i do not trust the quality.rather pay the extra bucks and get it at a national chain like cvs or rite aid. The girls who work there are nice and helpful.the ''men'' who work there acts weird whenever they see my fabulous gay self lol wearing my fur and sparkles and glitters ;). Seems they are way too secure and confident in their ''manliness'' to be threatened by my femininity.interesting!

I bought a packet of long underwear pants and shirt. The size of the clothes inside the package was different than what was on the label on the outside. They told me I couldn't return it because I had opened it. This has got to be illegal right?

This place is horrible from the staff to the guy that stands at the front door. No help at all from anyone. They all walk around doing nothing. They don't ask you if you need help finding anything or if everything is OK.
I bought underwear size large 1 is a large and 2 are medium. As you can also see someone wrote L over the m. Are you kidding me! Scammers are the people that work here. I went to return the items for a new box and the ladies wouldn't do it. BECAREFUL WHEN YOU BUY CLOTHES FROM THIS PLACE! I Asked to speak to a manager.no one showed up.
Thr manager nor the owner ever respond to any reviews.they just don't care about customer service or this store!

This store was a great place to find home good items! We moved into the neighborhood a few blocks away and if we ever needed anything, this was our go to place.

Return policy is pretty insane. The ladies at the register over extend their power and essentially have a power trip.

The lady dealing with my return was giving me attitude because I opened a curtain and did not place back in as it came. Sorry I did not know the cash register employee owns the store? And even if you did what kind of jerk power trips and cares about something minor like this. The item was not used!

Anyway asides from that this store is 5/5 for home goods and other random stuff at a reasonable price.

The best store of its kind I've ever been to, and I go to many. Huge selection, clothing, household goods, food. Very neatly shelved with good supply of stock.

I love the store but the security guard needs to be professionally trained. I walked in to get a quick gift but the line was too long so I decided to leave. Right when I was about to get out the security guard screamed at me to get my attention and ask me where is my receipt. Mind you I did not buy anything and had nothing on my hands.also I am afro-latina. Racist?

This place is nothing short of fantastic! Realized that my car was slanted and I had a flat. Luckily this is really close to my house so I didn’t have to drive far. They were super friendly and helpful when I got there. No wait time just started fixing my tire right away. While I waited they let me sit inside because it was very cold which was nice. They have people who speak English, Spanish, and Mandarin so anyone can help you. Also they take card so you don’t need to worry about having cash on you. Overall a great experience and would recommended!

I made Christmas shopping and I asked for deliver, the delivery never came and after a week they still don't give me my money neither my items this is ridiculous, very very disappoint

Why does the security need to guess a customer’s ethnicity when checking a receipt? He asked me if I “spoke Chinese” or if I was a Filipina. And another worker helped him guess. This is the quality of service they offer.

I really dislike there customer service. Theread are only 3 sweet ladies. I brought back an item that was damaged and she said with a very disgusted face it looked used. I was embarrassed as other customers looked at me strangely. I ask another worker can you tell me where the pet section is and she has the nerve to say "I don't know". Are people that rude? She pointed and said hey look there. I only like the prices but the service is awful.

As someone else said, poor service. My experience was with security literally rushing to lock the door as my [elderly] father was making his way to walk through the doors.

Long story short, manager got involved, told me he did NOT tell security to close early. But with all of that we had a bad taste and even less time to attempt to buy their low quality products as the manager then informed us we have 5 mins left to make a purchase

This store has everything you could want. Fantastic prices, an excellent staff. Plus it is immaculately clean and organized. I come from Elmhurst just to shop there

The customer service in this place is terrible. Other than the fact that most items sold here are of extremely poor quality. They give you a really hard time whe. Trying to return.

A very large home goods store where you can find literally everything you need from cllothing, toys, rugs, etc at reasonable prices. The store is immaculately clean and well organized. Minus one star for not having a dressing room or public bathroom.

We seriously need more of this store in Manhattan! I love the hell out of this store, I get my favorite soda for like damn near 95% off from here, they have amazing foreign snacks, they have great cheap items like socks, chargers ETC. Love it!
