No bow tech
Last time we will shop there

Since my receipt didn’t reflect a survey, I am leaving my review here.

Despite rooting for a garbage football team, Cody is an excellent salesman. He was very patient and helpful. My demon spawn child didn’t deter him from being professional.

It really is a useless store. They never update their inventory so you don’t realize the item you want is not there until you are at the store. There’s sadly no better options for getting what you need within 30-60 minutes. I’d gladly pay more if there was just to avoid this place.

Very nice store great selection and very helpful staff, one thing I didn't like they don't give a veterans or military discount! Why?

A good place to avoid unless you enjoy paying more than anywhere else for the same items. If you are a hunter, you are better off making the trip down to Syracuse to Gander Mountain because you will not find much here.

Terrible place for ice fisherman. Almost nothing in stock now that ice fishing is in. And then the cashier tried to charge me for each item in the pack. Instead of the pack price. This place sure isn't what it was years ago

I’ve gone to this location twice- both times I’ve received awful customer service from staff and swear that they are the reason retail is dying. The workers seem ambivalent to the presence of customers, have refused to help me find things or check inventory to see if the items were in the store, and have been outright rude to me. In the future I’ll patronize another business.

I was just looking for help. But I can't explain to regular people. That I am an energy person. And trust me I was very friendly, but the energy towards me was off. Sorry but very true.

They want to open and ppl to come do buisiness during this craziness but they don't want to have anything on the shelves.

I just called the store and asked a simple question and all I was told. Did you look on line. How difficult is it for one of your associates to let me know if you have a selection of trolling motors in stock?

They have misleading information about payment methods on their site. They should update it so people do not waste time shopping online and can not complete their order!
