There is no longer a hunting section and the area that the sports are the shelves are only waist height now. The store now really only has overpriced clothes and an overpriced fishing section that is huge but it still can’t compete with next day delivery on most fishing websites because of the absolutely astronomical prices on tackle and gear.

The last one I know of that has hunting and shooting supplies, my new go to, also dog friendly.still my go to for ammo, always have sales, no more hunting or shooting supplies, no ammo, no arrows nothing, no reason for me to ever go back!

Would not honor their price match guarantee. Kristen the manager was very unhelpful and dismissive.

JESSICA WAS SUCH A RUSH. WE WERE TRYING TO SHOP AND EVERY SHOES WE WERE TRYING SHE JUST KEPT ON PUTTING IT BACK WHILE TRYING TO SEE IF IT FITS OR NOT. BAD ACCOMMODATOR.

Definitely go there if you're seeking racist, rude and poor customer service otherwise you're better off ordering online directly from the brand.

Sneakers' area is messy. Good luck finding the sizes you need. Staff on the floor not necessarily friendly. Staff at registers much better trained in customer service

Website says you have items yet I call and every time I am told “nope we don’t have that. Sorry but the website is wrong hahaha”. After several times of this happening, I am now done with your store. Never again will myself or anyone I know, hunt or shoot with will ever set foot in here again.

Looking for men's tennis shoes. Only had a few choices and nothing really eye pleasing.

I was asked as I was approaching the counter if I need any help, I said "yes, I would like to make this purchase" The cashier instructed me I had to come around so as I came around she didn't come to the register. So I said ok and stepped back to footprints and waited for the other cashier to be done. As I was waiting and the line started accruing this older cashier Kim stepped up and pointed to the person behind me to step up to the cash register. When he stopped her and said I was nexted she ignored him and took the person behind him. It was the rudest experience I have ever encountered. I won't be going back there. Way to many other places to shop

Seemed to be a little short staffed especially at checkout but due to coronavirus it was expected.

Customer service is a joke. Called five times over an hour and no answer. Guy at the gun counter is a clueless idiot.
