My daughter and I went up to Times Square to catch a show and used Dial 7 for pickup from LaGuardia to our hotel and then from the hotel back to the airport a few days later. Prompt service to the airport (arrived earlier than pickup time.no waiting). Pickup FROM the airport was a few minutes wait but it was a CRAZY busy Friday night. Clean & comfortable vehicles. We felt very safe and kind of like VIPs, but you pay for the service. It was both of our first time to the city and felt in very good hands. The drivers were very polite. After a $20 tip, they were comparable to Uber/Lyft Black (maybe a little more) and twice the "expected fare" of a taxi.but flexible payment forms (prepay, payment online-but deducted at drop-off, or payment at destination).
Will use again for piece of mind next time in town!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
The car was a beat up and filthy version of a full size sedan. The inside was grimy, dusty and covered in dirt both on the floor and over the door armrests. The smell was awful and we had to spend the four hour trip time with the window open in zero degree weather. It was an awful, awful rental and we will never use '7' again because they obviously do not check who they send.
