It’s a good location and some of the receptionist is professional but overall bad communication and you can’t reach no one at that location

Go early if u don't make an appt. I mean like 5 or 6 Am.staff is nice and efficient. Park right in front of place and avoid lunchtime. This is not a scary place as some have said.

I had an appointment at 0900 today and was out at 0925. The lady who took my biometrics and blood was very nice. I had gotten really nervous having read all these negative reviews, but she drew the blood fairly painlessly (have hard to find veins)...
