Today I bought an Audi, A4, Quattro and the staff at DePaula Ford was amazing with their customer service especially Jason Rivers who is a helpful sales associate, and the finance manager Qasim. They gave me a fair price for my Volvo trade-in and a great deal on my new Audi. I looked at the car yesterday and came home with it today. They are competent speedy and do not try to take advantage of customers.
I would recommend anyone to buy from this dealership

Every one I worked with was knowledgeable, very nice and they had an efficient manner to work through the process of getting my into my new vehicle. I’ve never been a fan of buying a vehicle and Jim and his crew made it seamless and quick. When Jim said they like to have everything in order to get you moving quickly, he was not kidding. When it’s time to get another vehicle, this will be the first stop!

I am highly satisfied with my purchase at DePaula. My vehicle had to end being towed to the dealership late afternoon on a Friday and they worked hard I was able to drive off the lot that day. Very happy and pleasant experience.

Shu and Q exceeded all of my expectations regarding the buyout of my leased 2020 Ford Escape! They explained all of my options now that my lease had just 6 payments remaining. They were incredibly helpful and understood that we needed to complete the transaction in 2 sessions due to my medical needs! This was the easiest vehicle transaction ever! DePaula Ford is leaps and bounds ABOVE their competitor, Wally’s!

I was actually frustrated by so many different people I had to work with to lease my new car. That said, the person we ended up with who delivered our car, Shuhab Noory, was excellent, cooperative and attentive in every way. So in the end it turned out very well. Steven Haas

Scheduled an appointment to drop my truck off this past Thursday for 12: 45 (still under fords powertrain warranty. Due to work I had to drop it at about 11: 45 and was told someone would be in touch later on that day. So I called to check but the person who answered the phone said the service department was closed. Wasn’t contacted until the next morning. Was told my check engine light was the turbo relief valve and the noise was the front drivers side locking hub actuator. My service advisor said the truck would be ready Monday evening so I show up and was told it wasn’t ready. Not sure why nobody reached out.
Was given 3 separate days to pick up my truck after dropping it off. My service advisor was unprofessional and unresponsive. When I did see him he said (to summarize) you can take your truck but something bad could happen. When stating my concerns and problems with that he just stood there and looked at me with a blank stare, offering nothing. The wrong part was ordered and I wasn’t informed which was an additional hold up a different service advisor informed me of that. If you think you can drop your vehicle off here and get a loaner think again and don’t bother, called a service manager, he told me they only have 5 even though the website says “complimentary loaners”. So you will be stuck and not able to get around to work or anything like myself. Still had to pay a $600 bill. Although I picked my truck up, extra dirty, it’s still making noises, and it’s pulling to the right. Messaged my advisor a video where you can audibly hear the noise and haven’t gotten a response. Would not recommend.

My nephew paid cash for a vehicle and shortly after that his engine light came on.
He went back to DePaula and they tried to charge him a service charge to diagnose his car!
Mind you this car is brand new still under warranty! What does a customer have to do to get his car fixed!
First it was getting the parts now they have the parts but he still has to hurry up and wait For a rental car!
Is this how customers are being treated at this dealership! It didn’t take that long to get the money out of his account to pay for the car!
Can someone help him? A general Manager or someone?
Good customer service seems to be a thing of the past!

I took my Ford Fusion in to address a part recall for a brake hose assembly. I had problems the following day and the hose came undone and was leaking brake fluid. I called DePaula and they did an excellent job handling the situation in a professional manner. They picked up my car, had it towed back to Depaula Ford, promptly addressed the problem, and then delivered the car to where I lived. They took a negative situation and turned it into a positive experience. Lewis Correa and his Manager were great!

It was a good thing i called the day before my appointment
because one of the scheduleders told me that it'll take two days for my F-150 to get fixed, and I was told that ill have a rental for when I drop off my truck. Come to find out after a conversation w/ another attendant
It would only take 1.5 hours so there was no need for a rental which was better for
us. So when I arrived I was told that the computer system was down, but the wait time wasn't as bad maybe 15 minutes for them to check me in. I was there for the lighting battery deviation and to have my tires rotated. No the say before I spoke with the person who told me that I would have a rental asked me if I had purchased my vehicle from Depaula and I said yes, I know that they can tell by the vin# as I was checking out he told that there's a charge for my tire rotation I replied why is that I was aware that my first rotation was free! He asked me again if I purchased my vehicle from them I said yes we already had this conversation! Geez how some people make you feel. Not a good look depalua.

Chance and the team at DePaula Ford were great to work with. They were very professional, set clear expectations and were even able to help out with a ride using their Mach E shuttle!

This was by far the best service experience I’ve had at any dealership. In the past I’ve used local dealerships (Johnstown, NY) because of the distance, but after this experience I will definitely be coming back here for all future service needs.

This place is a rip off. Make sure you do your research before buying a vehicle from them. I bought a newer jeep three months ago and I’ve had nothing but issues since I bought the jeep. I don’t live local and I’ve been back to the shop three times in three months. Customer service is not very friendly. Basically they are telling me it’s my issue and I have to pay for repairs. I would advise people not to get a car from this place.

Harun was a great salesman to work with. I never felt pressured and he was knowledgeable about both vehicles I test drove. Kaseem in finance worked with me and arranged a deal that was to my satisfaction. Overall very please with the service provided.

Took my truck in for a recall notice and an oil change. Everyone there was professional and explained everything that needed to be done. When I picked up my vehicle, again Luis explained everything that was done, and answered all my questions.

John was excellent and even though a recall part was on back order from Ford, John stayed in constant contact and kept me updated and in my new vehicle as soon as possible!
