Everyone was nice. Traci helped me find where to go as I missed the device entrance when I came in. The process was explained to me fully and was given a time that the car would be done by ans it was done earlier which was a bonus.

Everyone was friendly and informative. They made the transition as comfortable as possible.

My car is making a noise and my tire fix they did isn't working anymore and can't get the car in for an entire month when asked to speak to supervisor the first time I was told they'd call me back 2 weeks later no call I called again today and had to leave a voicemail waiting for another call back this is not fair customer service and if my car breaks as a result to this I will never come to depaula again

Waited two weeks for my scheduled appointment to have worktruck serviced. The truck has been in the lot for two weeks untouched! Not calls no communication at all! Worst service!

I've Purchased A few cars in my life but so far Depaula is the only one I don't regret doing business with!

Had basic routine maintenance. Had to have tires replaced and alignment done. The problem was explained to me by service agent Robyn Steele and service technicians. Thorough and very helpful. The work was done within minutes of their estimate. Robyn could not have been more helpful and professional. Good representative for DePaula!

My traverse was in the Collision shop for about a month which overlapped my first Service maintenance. Jeff from collision made sure it was done prior to pickup for me. Not sure if all records were updated, cuz I got a text from GM or Star to bring it in when it had just been done.

When my wife and I walked into the showroom we were greeted very warmly and professionally. Our salesman Mark Murphy is rhe best. Mark and Jay got us into another new vehicle and got us where we needed to be. I wouldn't go to any other dealership.

Greeted right at the service bay once I pulled in and was regularly updated in person by that same person throughout the service visit. Waiting area was pleasant and they also offered free coffee, water and snacks for my wait. I was told, after reviewing what work was being done, that the service would be done by 9: 30 and they did even better because at 9: 15 they were done. Highly recommend DePaula service department. Everyone that I ran across, even if not involved in my appointment, was friendly and wanted to make sure I was being taken care of.

So my second visit was much the same as the first. Prompt attention, explained everything, kept me informed throughout the service and finished before what was stated. Overall great service, friendly and professional staff and nice accommodations. I look forward to my service trips now!

Great service! Took about hour and forty five minutes kinda long For an oil change and tire rotation I wanna be in and out in an hour! But other than that you guys were great!

Working with George was comforting. He was patient with me and made sure all my needs were taken cared of.

Wipers needed replacement, left and did my own, returned, drove back in and finished the inspection. Called yesterday, the appointment was made for today, everybody was nice, had some coffee and a muffin waiting, very happy with everything and everyone.
