Delta Sonic Car Wash

Just wanted to acknowledge the service by Les Midura. Needed a NY State inspection done. He was wonderful. After a bad experience at Monroe on Transit trying to pad a bill last year while my husband was sick for 3 months before passing away. Les was efficient and erased any stress for me. Thank you

SLOW SERVICE EVER, AND THE ONLY DELTA SONIC THAT HAVE SLEEPY WORKERS, THEY WORK LIKE THEY HIGH IS HELL. HOPE GET BETTER AND HAVE BETTER WORKERS!

What a downgrade after the remodel! The store is huge but mostly empty, very few drink and food options. Incredibly disappointed with how little effort and thought seems to have gone into the store, there's a Dunkin Donuts some roller hot dogs and drinks. By far the most underwhelming Delta Sonic in the area!

They've only been"TEMPORARILY" closed since July! Are you EVER going to reopen? I mean the entire store, wash, all of it! Like, July? Come on now.

Update.still closed. A year and a half later. Still "temporarily closed".

When I purchased a detail package, the manager suggested that I upgrade for $20 more. OMG. THANK YOU, Jenel did a SUPERB JOB! THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!

Service was terrible, upon arrival to the detail shop the garage door was closed there was a sign which stated wait inside vehicle for attendant. I waited over 10 minutes, no one came out so I and the two vehicles behind me backed out and went to self serve vacuum. As I was finishing my vacuum the door to the detail shop opened and the service attendant said they been open. I drive my car to the detail shop and they took over 1/2 hour to finish with no other vehicles inside. When they beep for me to pick up my vehicles it look just as it did when I first pulled into garage, they didn’t touch anything. Btw it was a Sunday morning, not the usual crew I see during the week when I use this service

The customer care is hirandeous. I took my car to the one if the location for inspection where it says"wait in your car until someone come to talk to you". I said inside my car for like 15 mins, they stayed inside i wonder if they tought I just came to hang around in the chantier. Later on, i read in dark small letters "sorry, no inspection"! Would have been nice if one of many people who saw me waiting said something to me! Ridiculous.

Emma did an amazing job at the exit of the car wash. She was very through and made my car look good for my road trip

I have been using delta sonic since I got my truck 4 years ago brand new. I had the unlimited plan and it was great as I don’t have time to hand wash my vehicle. I haven't had any issues until recently. I took my truck through the delta sonic on walden. My truck had no scratches prior to going through. After I left I noticed the paint looked weird. I took a closer look and every panel of my truck was scratched all over. I have never taken the truck anywhere but delta to be washed. I filed a claim with them and of course they deny that they caused the damage. They claim “the scratches aren’t consistent with their car wash”. To make matters worse you can’t actually talk to anyone in the claims department, and yet they can deny your claim and send you a letter. Customer service is horrible. It seems like the only way I will get this resolved is with a lawyer. I was told the only way to discuss this further is through an email address. They can deny my claim but they can’t talk to me about it over the phone. The customer service through this company is terrible. If you have the unlimited plan you should cancel it and wash your car yourself. You may have never had an issue but as soon as you do the company wont take care of you.

The worst delta sonic ever in buffalo. No air machine, vacuums are not working & employees are not well trained.

After speaking with Bre and given a couple of other options, her advice on what to choose for my interior/exterior was seemless. She was very polite and kind, happy with their service.

They gave me wrong floor mat
When I went back to complain they took the one they gave me. They gave me a white paper to put in.

Went through the car wash with my brand new Tesla, was trying to get bird feces removed only to receive scratches from hood to trim on my driver side. Spoke with a manager only to be threatened when I only asked for someone to repair their error. I was so scared that I just drove off because I was threatened to to get choke with a vacuum hose. I guess I will repair it myself and start washing my own car

Jerel did an amazing job on the car detailing on my equinox! It's brand new again! His attention to detail is amazing, and you know through his work that he enjoys what he does! I highly recommend going to get it done when he's working!
