DELLA Subaru of Plattsburgh

I just picked up my third Forester and my fourth Subaru. This is my second car from Della, working with Alesha and Jen both times. Obviously, I like Subaru's. But, the purpose of this review is regarding the experience at Della Subaru.
I just read a number of other Della reviews on this site and they're all positive, reflecting my thoughts that having this positive an experience at a car dealership is not the experience I was ever lead to believe possible.
These people are changing the dynamic of car buying. It was pleasant, it was easy and actually, it was fun.
We were talking about that on the way home and realizing how odd it is to think of the experience as fun and almost disappointed that we have to wait three years or so before we get a chance to do it again!
Thanks for changing the face, the experience of car buying. The pleasure, really, is ours.

I had the pleasure of working with Brandi after having a difficult time with a competitor across the way. She was kind and understanding when I told her of my experience. She also handled the challenge gracefully, of finding me the perfect car with a strict budget. I highly recommend Della Subaru and strongly suggest asking for Brandi.

Last weekend I did a very dumb thing-I accidentally drained the transmission oil from an Impreza instead of the motor oil! The car wasn't mine. I had the car towed to Della on Monday morning. To my surprise and delight it was fixed and ready the next day, and at a price that was more than reasonable. I have recently moved back to the area and own a Subaru. I know where I will be getting it serviced!

Elijah in sales made me feel comfortable as a woman being by myself at the dealership. The vibes in this place are so relaxing and Jenn in finance was great. Answered all my questions and was very flexible with all my questions about rate. Would 10/10 recommend this dealership to anyone! Thanks!

Thankful for my experience with Andrew while I was looking for a new vehicle after my new truck had been totaled. I wasn’t happy about looking again but he made it very easy an enjoyable, really making sure I was going to be happy in what I got and was comfortable!

After several bad experiences with dealerships in the past, I was not looking forward to purchasing a new vehicle. Elijah immediately made me feel at ease with his kind and calm demeanor. He was enthusiastic and very knowledgeable yet also patient and transparent. Not only was he professional, but I actually had fun throughout this process and walked away feeling truly happy with my experience! Jen handled the finance end of it all. She was incredibly helpful, efficient, and easy to talk to. I’m writing this review the day after my purchase and I still have no buyer’s remorse or concerns that I was duped. I recommend going to this fine establishment even if you don’t live in the area. The staff at this location are just wonderful!

Della Subaru is an excellwnr dealership both for sales and service. I have done business with them for over 15 years ands have never had any problems or diffic ulties.

We needed a replacement for our Highlander. Brandi and Jenn were amazing! As soon as we walked in we felt a "family" vibe. We were never pressured in any way. They totally worked with our budget. Never once did we feel any upsale. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Always the best experience! The Manager Jen & Elijah in Sales took care of everything and I was in a new car with a lower payment in no time!
It's a big decision and they do everything to make sure you are happy!
