Everything about the process with having the combination brows done by Angela was positive! She came highly recommended and lived up to her reputation. I had sparseness in my brows and wanted a fuller look and Angela was able to create perfectly symmetrical, natural looking eyebrows. The entire process was easy and the salon is perfectly spotless. My brows are still in the healing process, 10 days post treatment, but I absolutely love the shape and look of them. The aftercare routine is easy to follow and I think makes a huge impact on the final results. Each person I've talked to that has had their eyebrows done by Angela has been really happy with the longevity and quality of their eyebrows, so I'm really excited to see mine when they are fully healed! Would absolutely recommend Definitive Beauty for anyone within Upstate NY area (I traveled from Saratoga Springs to go to a trusted business for this).

All the treatments felt wonderful on my skin and each step of the treatment process was accompanied by massages to the arms, face, hands and scalp. I can’t recommend a facial with Alyssa enough. Sam did my powder brows last year and I realized I never left my official review! It was an extremely pleasant experience, she was patient with me while we mapped out and refined exactly the shape I was looking for and from there it was a breeze. My healing process was extremely smooth, they just became less harsh over the next few days, no peeling or irregular fading. I had my touch up last August and she just added shade in a few sparse areas I (and probably no one else) noticed. I would recommend this process and Definitive Beauty specifically to anyone looking to define their brows. I am happy with my decision every morning!

I had never gotten eyelash extentions before so I was a little nervous but Liz did an amazing job! I have gotten many compliments and everyone says they look so natural! It was a very relaxing experience, lying on a cushioned massage table with pillows under my head and knees - I think I fell asleep! My lashes are so comfortable I can't even tell they are there unless I look in a mirror and am still startle by how pretty my eyes look!
