I met with Alisha and she was wonderful! She gave very helpful suggestions of ways that I could customize the dress to my own liking.

Alicia was so sweet, patient, thoughtful and helpful. She was knowledgeable and honest with us about how we looked and what flattered our body style the best. She was so great!

Sonya and Jess were amazing! Thank you for all your help with only 3 days until my wedding!

They have a great variety of dresses and I was able to discover what I like. I was not sure what kind of dresses I wanted in the beginning, but Donna helped me to find the style I liked. She is knowledgeable and very helpful. Thank you!

My sales associate Jessica was amazing! She was so patient with me and helped me find an engagement party dress in my size 3 days before the party! The manager was also so sweet! I would highly recommend. I’ve now bought an engagement party dress and 2 wedding dresses from here and have been nothing but happy!

Our wonderful dress extraordinaire, Danielle was amazing made my best friend so comfy and took her time with her. She not only exceeded expectations but made the whole experience run smoothly

Friendly staff, but store is severely understaffed, but they over schedule alterations. Alterations dept.could not alter the dress I bought from their own store.

Lizzie helped us get 3 bridesmaids and a wedding gown. She was amazing the entire time, very helpful. Loved her!

Okay. So we drove from Rochester to Syracuse to look for my daughter's bridal gown. (She's in grad school there, so it was easier). Made an appt for her bridesmaid and Georgianne was great. We had some strong personalities with us, but she was super helpful and patient, as some of "us" kind of took over. At the end of our appt, we scored! Bridesmaid dress bought. Check.

Then my daughter had an appt. Jess was assigned to her, but something happened. Jess's previous appt was still in the store and needed more attention, or they double booked.so although my daughters-in-law were "taking over, " we were still wanting someone to "work" with us. Jess tried, but was too busy.

In came Allura. She saved the day! Daughter didn't know what she wanted, was getting a little tired, and Allura stepped right in. She assessed Natalie, felt the vibe and said "trust me". She brought over a dress and while holding it was like, ". Mmm, I'll be back. "

Boom! She came back with 2 dresses and SOLD! We loved them both, but it was clear which one was the winner. Allura grabbed some shoes, the perfect veil, an undergarment, and pulled it all together. And the tears started falling, lol.

As the mom, I didn't feel any pressure, like she was trying to make a sale.she was just really all about us.

So, in about 1 hour, we had everything we needed at a price we couldn't resist. Like under $600!

If I could give 0 stars I would. The women at the counter was rude to the bride and family in front of me saying we just opened she will be here soon with an attitude about the brides consultant. I had Donna which had another bride the same time as me, issue #1
Issue #2 she said “ one of your girls can help you with the dresses” and she didn’t help a bit.
Issue #3 she knocked on the door and just opened it up - like excuse me?
Issue #4 she was not personable
Issue #5 she didn’t bring out 2 dresses that I wanted to try on and another one she said “ we only have it in a 6 here “ like she didn’t want to put in the effort to go get it for me. I was still able to try the dress on and get an idea if I liked it - which is deff a high contender! This isn’t the only experience I’ve had with David’s bridal. I went with my cousin as one of her bridesmaids and the lady we had also was rude. Stay away if you want to feel special when shopping for your dress

Jessica did an amazing job helping my sister get 'the dress' and her knack for accessories is on point.

Keara was very friendly, patient, and caring with fitting my 96 year old mother with a dress for her granddaughter’s wedding. Very attentive.
Amina did the alteration. Fabulous job!

I bought a reception dress there only because of the price. Store was dingy, "consultant" I use quotations because I am not sure how they call themselves consultants was unhelpful and a bit unfriendly at times. I was on a time crunch due to having surgery for breast cancer and having to buy a whole new dress. Instead of being helpful she just kept reminding me of how I didnt have much time, adding to the stress of the situation. If you want an inexpensive dress with no assistance then this is the place to go.

I only give 1 star because it wont allow you to post without. Otherwise 0 stars.

Overall a pleasant experience. I did leave with a dress. I do wish they had a larger selection for garters

Please do not shop here! They purposely send you dresses that are the wrong size so you have to pay more for alterations! The employees are very rude and can care less how they treat you. I had to wait over an hr for alterations appointment then spent over 4 hours actually doing alterations because employee decided to go on lunch. I told the woman she kept pricking me with needles and she did not care! She actually laughed. WORST PLACE EVER! A bride and bridesmaids were getting their alterations done near me. Bride was in tears! They also ordered her a dress that didn’t fit and was going to charge her for rush fees. Unacceptable for you to ruin such a critical time for a bride. SHAME ON YOU

David's bridal took the necessary time to altar my dress for my granddaughter wedding. Keara was very personable and professional in making my dress perfect.you have a great team. Thank you.

The alteration professional, Alana was very attentive and kind. Listened and had good conversation- answered all my concerns. She is a leader in her field! I will feel beautiful!
