My experience was great. Sonia was my stylist and she spent over two hours helping me pick out and try on dresses until I felt confident in my choice. She was kind, knowledgeable, and I highly recommend her to anyone who wants a great bridal experience.

Great personalities, great environment, very helpful and tentative! A big thank you to Morgan and Amy for helping my sister find her dress and her wedding party find dresses!

Trish was simply amazing. She actually listened to and worked with my daughter to find the perfect dress. Please ask for Trish she will make your dream come true

I am very indecisive and Trish spent hours helping me find the right dress! She knew the inventory and picked out things to try I wouldn't have picked myself but ended up happy I tried. Trish was so patient with me as I tried on dress after dress and never wavered that we'd get to the right one. They personalized the whole experience and really cared about our time there. Highly recommend!

Trish was fabulous as she helped my best friend find her wedding dress! She was patient and thoughtful, and had a wonderful demeanor.

The experience was beyond all expectations. After visiting every formal dress shop from Albany to Saratoga Springs I found Morgan at David's Bridal in an impromptu stop.

Morgan is an amazing sales person who helped me pick out the perfect dress and accessorize it. Her taste and honestly are impeccable.

Her manager Trish was an asset too.
I highly recommend a stop to David's Colonie.

Ami was genuinely passionate about assisting brides and their party find the perfect dress for them. She clearly loved her job and emanated such kindness and positivity it made us all feel comfortable and beautiful. We all found the perfect fit for us before we walked out the door and she gave her full attention and knowledge into helping us.

Had my bridal appointment yesterday with Kaylee and she was absolutely hands down amazing, so accomdating. I found the dress here and I absolutely cannot wait to have everyone see me in it on my wedding day!

My experience with Savanah was amazing! We spent the whole day together, she was patient and really gave it her all. I left with an amazing dress! Very easy and fun day!

Oksana did an amazing job with altering and making sure my gown fit beautifully. She was so busy but didn’t make you feel rushed. Thank you!

Awful experience. I had an appointment to look for my wedding dress. Consultant talked over me the entire time. She didn't listen to what I wanted, even when I repeated myself. I left almost in tears.

We had a wonderful experience at David’s Bridal for my daughter, the bride-to-be, and our family and friends who could be a part of the experience! Maggie was awesome and so helpful! She was friendly and accommodating! We bought the gown that night!

Amy was amazing to work with to help find my dream dress! She was super friendly, caring, helpful and really cared about my experience as a first time bride looking for her dress. I highly recommend her!

Colonie store is atrocious. I get it, it’s a “big box” store but this experience was unacceptable. David’s bridal needs to really evaluate their staff.

Savannah S.was extremely helpful and super nice. We showed up without an appointment and were shopping for bridesmaid dresses for two weddings. She made it seamless and we found the perfect dresses! Highly recommend working with her!

David's bridal I'm sure it's a nice place but for me it was just ride by I've heard about it on TV and I've heard about it on the radio and they say it's a nice place and they have nice dresses and I don't do anything for you there so I would recommend this place I haven't been there yet so do have a nice day and be well

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had. I booked an appointment for my bridesmaids to try on dresses. When we got there it was packed so full you could barely walk in. Then we waited around for 15 minutes before our stylist came to us. She told us they were overbooked and she had to work with another group besides us. We were only allowed to pick a couple of dresses to try on, but the other group she was with got to try on like 20 dresses. She kept getting interrupted by the other group while talking to us. We picked out a couple of dresses for them to try on, but one of them she said was discontinued, it was in the new brochure and online so that made no sense. She gave us maybe a total of ten minutes of her time, and made me feel like I wasn't important enough to get help. I would highly suggest they edit the website so that not so many people can book an appointment if they do not have the employees to give the bride the one on one that she deserves. I will not ever go back to this David's Bridal ever again.

The Colonie store I just went to bc my Bridesmaid tried on her dress and it was to tight. I got attitude from 2 of the ladies there bc I wanted to get the next size up. They stated we couldn't even though we were well within the 60 day exchange policy.

Amy was amazing. Funny and very attentive. Highly recommend choosing her for your help in finding the right dress for your special day.

We found the perfect dress and this was our first venture out. So happy to have that done so my granddaughter doesn't have to worry about it going forward

Micheala was so helpful and the whole group loved her. She has the best personality and had great suggestions for the bride. We had such a great experience!

Store associates were amazing and able to answer all questions we had with knowledge and understanding. My bridesmaids have a great sense of humor and the sales associates were on board and blended right with us.great experience.

Very poor, will not be returning. Traveled 2 hours, was told my bridesmaid dress would be in, it was not.
On our original visit to pick dresses no one helped us, we were told we get what we see, nothing was explained with the process.fast forward to picking up the dresses, no dress even being told it would be here today. No call so I didn't have to travel 2+hours.
Would not recommend to anyone, not a personal experience, not how a bride wishes to start her journey. Very discouraging and truly disappointing.

My sister went to look for a wedding dress. The lady Maggie that we had to assist us, did not do this at all. She was not helpful, most of the time we had to look for her. This was not a great experience for my sister at all. When my sister told her a size she have her the wrong size not once but twice. You guys have to do better. Not satisfied at all.
ALSO DO NOT RESPOND WITH THAT AUTO RESPONSE. I AM A MANAGER AND KNOW HOW THIS GOES. Train your staff.

Absolutely terrible store. The sizes run very small and do not fit properly in the chest area. I ordered a dress online that was 2 sizes bigger than normal and it was still a tad too small. I was then in a pinch and decided I should try to order another size up - but the next size up was on backorder. I ordered three new dresses hoping they would fit and arrive in time for the wedding. Express shipping was unavailable as they were doing 'warehouse inventory' and could not provide any express shipping. I still placed an order hoping they would come in time. (they did not)

I proceeded to visit my local store and they did not have a single dress in the color or size that I needed.

Little did I know you only have 7 days to return an online - never heard of a return policy like this! I called customer service and they refused to take my order back even though I hadn't opened the box yet. Unbelievable.

Worst experience I've ever had with a clothing company. 10/10 would not recommend.

Half of my bridesmaid dresses came in in the wrong color and they did nothing to rectify the matter so we had to return them and purchase dresses online in the correct color!

I came in today with my wedding dress that I ordered online. I came in without an appointment hoping someone in the alterations department could help me with my bust as there was no support in my gown, it was an open back so I couldn't wear a traditional bra and I'm getting married in 9 days so seamstress companies were unable to help me. Maria in the alterations dept.stopped doing what she was doing and came out to help me. She helped me get into my dress and try on a few different bras to see what worked the best with my dress. I was able to leave today with the perfect bra and a pair of shoes thanks to Maria. When everyone else everywhere was too busy to help, Maria really took her time with me until I was completely happy. I am very thankful for her and will recommend David's Bridal and their alterations department always! Thank you Maria!

Amy helped me with finding the perfect dress. She was so accommodating and helpful with guiding me along the way. She made me feel confident and able to pick what I felt was right for me. She wasn’t pushy, but super supportive with every try on. Thank you Amy & David’s Bridal!

Amy was my consultant and she was wonderful! She was accommodating, patient, and made my experience enjoyable. She paid attention to what I wanted and was kind to my bridal party who came with me as well. Thank you Amy!:)

Made an appointment the night before on maps=super easy! Arrived and the stylist had called out so the hostess helped me out. She was friendly, professional, & efficient. She helped me find a few dresses, try them on, and checked me out all within 30 mins; perfect for me as I was on my lunch break. Thanks Justine!

I didn’t even want to put one star but I had to in order for me to post. Awful experience today with a worker there named Teresa G. She was very rude. She had a bride she was working with and the bride left because of her behavior. I hope she isn’t like this with all of her parties but if so, she shouldn’t be apart of picking out “The One” dress for anyone with her terrible attitude. You need to be upbeat and happy with your brides or any costumer in general. Go to a Bridal Boutique, stay away from here. Hope you have day Teresa.
