I recently returned to Lexus of Mt. Kisco to purchase a 2024 RX 350. I had previously purchased 2 pre-owned RX's from this dealership (prior to them becoming Darcars). The salesperson that I had worked with before was no longer there, so I was met by Max. I explained to Max exactly what I was interested in. He listened and along with his manager, Shay, they found me the car I wanted. Both Max and Shay (and Barry in finance) were wonderful to work with. I returned to the dealership a week after my purchase to tie up loose ends. I had a few questions about where to find (and change) some of the dash and touchscreen features. Max took the time to sit in the car with me and show me where everything I was looking for was located and answer all of my questions. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Max (and Shay).

This is my second purchase from Lexus of Mt. Kisco. The first was a few years back and it was an OK transaction. This time, when I started car shopping it was just a fluke that I was put in touch with Tom McDonough. I had spoken with several other dealerships but Tom was the only one that actually had follow through and wonderful customer service. When I went to the dealership, I was honestly just browsing and seeing where I could get the best deal. We left with a brand new vehicle! Tom was so patient. He never pressured us or made us feel uncomfortable. He was honestly the most accommodating and likeable gentleman that I've encountered in a very long time. Because we weren't planning on purchasing, my car had a trunk full of items. Tom went out in the rain to help us transfer items without batting an eye. During the transition, I forgot to get some personal items out of my glove compartment. I text Tom on Sunday morning hoping to hear back first thing on Monday. NOPE! Tom text me right back Sunday morning. He then followed up first thing Monday and made sure that he secured the vehicle until my husband arrived. Everything was still where I had left it. I can not tell you how grateful I am that we were put in touch with Tom. He is truly an Angel!

Had the most fabulous purchasing experience here. Tom was super helpful and very straightforward, no games! Even though we had to drive all the way from Binghamton NY, totally worth it. We will be getting another car from him in the next six month. Great team!

The car buying experience was absolutely excellent. Max L was very friendly and he helped me find the car that I wanted. He personally handled the delivery of the car the next day and was able to make the process seamless. The experience that I had with the dealership was far better than my previous ones. I would not hesitate to come back or recommend this place to other people.
