Had a great service experience with Christian Sanjurjo. My BMW i4 M50 sunroof was making a creaking noise and he took the extra time to ride with me to make sure the noise was properly diagnosed and test drove it after the repair was done to assure me the sound was fixed.

Kai in the service department was amazing. He helped us deal with an ongoing warranty issue and got everything resolved! Highly recommend!

Impossible to deal with. I dealt with Enrik in regards to a possible purchase of a car that they have that I was interested in. I tried to do this over the phone as I am 2 1/2 hours away from the dealer. He was responsive in regards to my questions and everything was going well until I requested more information on pricing on the car and possible trade in. In the end they would not budge on the price of there car which it is what it is, I get it. But to low ball me on my cars trade in value by over $10k under blue book value is ridiculous and insulting. I then still tried to work with them and asked for a breakdown of some numbers they gave me and or provide me with a out the door price without my trade-in and they in return have now ghosted me. No problem i will spend my money somewhere else. I make it a rule to not do business with businesses that make it tough to do business with them. Anyone reading this take note that there is a good reason why their Google rating is only a 3.9, it means they are not focused on their customers and it is difficult to do business with them. It's a management issue they need to address. Buyer be ware. Don't fall for their "Our Market is competitive" line when they low ball your trade in.

Billy is an excellent salesman. He is professional, courteous, and guided us to the best possible car without any pressure! This is my second BMW and he is my salesman going forward.

Terrible experience at Mt Kisco BMW. Brought in my X5 for one of the factory recall services. Relatively smooth in dropping off and picking up the car. Then the nightmare! One day, the car just stopped in the middle of the road for no reason at all. A gentleman at a gas station/garage nearby took a look and couldn’t figure out the problem either. Had to get the car towed to the dealership. It turned out they had forgotten something while doing the recall service and as a result the gas meter had stopped working - I literally ran out of gas in the road even though the gas meter still showed a quarter level. There was no apology from the dealership for the incident. They agreed to pay for the tow charge, but I never see the check after multiple follow ups. I even wrote to the general manager, still no response at all. It’s ok to make mistakes. We all do. But the handling of the issue after the mistake shows how companies are run. Mt. Kisco BMW has lost my business forever.
