Purchasing a vehicle is a major life event, and is a huge commitment that deserves a lot of consideration, and Steve has helped me through that process. The icing on the cake is that my most recent purchase, a 2019 Jeep Compass, didn't have floor mats! We realized this as I was ready to pull out and leave with my new car. Steve assured me he'd figure something out, and the next morning he emailed me with a few options to choose from to get mats at no cost to me. Hopefully, I'll have the Jeep for a very long time, but when the time comes to replace it, I'll return to Steve and Friendly CDJR.

Just called a few minutes ago asking about a 2013 Ford Escape that I was really interested in. Not exactly sure who I talked to but it was a man pretty sure his name started with an M. Anyways I asked him if we could talk numbers over the phone before I drove all the way out there since I live far away. He gave me attitude and said “well the price is online isn’t it” well duh I know but I needed to know more than just the price. I just did it with another dealerships and they had no problem talking about prices, registration fees and taxes with me. I had a lot of cash to spend and now they will not ever get my business. Very shocked and disappointed with customer service!

Went down a few days ago and I’ve never spoke to such a professional & courteous staff. Best I’ve ever been treated and greeted by a staff at a dealership!

Went for a part it was more than double than the local part store and almost tripple from on line prices tried to buy local but no dice
