Quick service but not high quality results. They don't wipe the inside of the car clean. They always miss a lot of spots, inside portion of the doors, door jambs, trims around the bottom part of door jambs, dashboards. They're not thorough. Mediocre work.
I paid extra so my tires would get clean. They cleaned one side and left the other side without clean tires. Car was still dusty. Honestly paid for the cheapest option because you’ll get the same service.
If I could give this place a zero I would. Please DO NOT GO TO THIS CAR WASH! The machine they use is old and it doesn't work, it will scratch your car and they will try to make it seem like your car was already like that before coming to their place. PLEASE TAKE YOUR MONEY SOME PLACE ELSE. OTHERWISE YOU WILL REGRET IT! PLEASE READ OTHER REVIEWS FOR REFERENCE THERE IS MORE PPL TALKING ABOUT THIS!
I took my brand new car for an exterior wash and vacuum. As soon as it came out the right passenger door, was filled with scuffs and scratches which can only be caused by their machine. I asked to speak to management, and I was told they didn’t feel it occurred there and there was nothing they could do. See attached photos (and that was after I re-passed a rag to try and remove).
Decent car wash. The workers are cool. They took pretty good care of my car. Wiped the interior and exterior fully before I drove away. All in all good value
D Block Car Wash and Gas is a very organized car wash. Easy access and smooth process even when it's busy. Unlike Newburgh Auto Spa Car wash located at 86 NY-17K, where the manager can remove a customer from the car wash line for a preferred customer, D block has very clear direction and instruction to any new customer and the workers listen to grievances, disputes and concerns without pre judging and removing a customer from a wash line.
The worst carwash in Yonkers They scratched my left driver's door and they lied about it and they didn't do nothing about it, my car is new I have it last year, I was calling them they said the owner is not there but I know he was there because they called him to see the car when I was there and when I called 2 minutes later they said he's not there they have the worst customer service and the worst employee
They offer excellent service here. Plus When those two young men are working.you are Guaranteed to have A1 clean on your car. Thanks to all the men who work here from the entrance to the exit. You guys are wonderful at church hat you do!
The worst car wash in Yonkers. Let start with the bad costumer service, bad wash and poor and drying the car. When they said they were done we looked at the car and it was wet. They looked at us like if it was ok. Then we asked for a rag to dry it by ourself and they just stared like if we were being rude.
I came out with smudges on every single window. They did not clean the rear inside window at all. Now I'm not expecting a detail car wash for the price of dinner but I am expecting a good tasting dish if you know what I mean.
Great prices, good car wash and staff that work hard to clean tour vehicle. Only gripe is the lines here are always long and slow due to big SUVs getting the full vacuum treatment. Also the computer, conveyor chain and washing equipment tend to be down or not working on occassions. Other than that it is not a bad place to wash your car just go early and call ahead to make sure they are open and the equipment is functioning that day.
The place to go for gas and a car wash. This store always has competitive fuel pricing. Also has a good priced car wash with many options. They are quick and efficient and have a stamp card or if you give them your phone number you get a free car wash every 10th or 15th visit can't remember. But the wash is also competitively priced and they have always done a good job in my opinion.
Cheap gas prices is a plus. However avoid late at night for safety reasons, dangerous crowd around. The car wash is decent, when not busy, but they do not do a good job when it's busy as they rush the job. They allow ghetto people to hang around the gas station and to the side of the car wash which can be an issue especially late at night. I witnessed a person pull out a knife during an argument so I try to avoid this establishment now.
They need to stop depending on the machine to do all the work for them. Dry mud. Seriously? This is why I stopped tipping. 3rd time they missed a huge spot. I usually do walk arounds but was in a rush to get home after work. This is agitating. They’re lucky they’re the closest car wash to home.
Me and my boyfriend love this carwash. My boyfriend met him on day its funny because alot of people call him D-block. And style p the group hes in is called D-block
