The extracare machine doesn't work a lot of the time. If you don't get your coupons printed, don't bother asking someone for help. Whatever prints out, that's the coupons you get.
Corporate CVS isn't interested in helping you. I called and after 20 mins, speaking with 3 different people, I was told it's a one-time courtesy, to have the coupons reprinted. If you've ever had it done, that's your one time. Be prepared for these machines to not work, for CVS doesn't maintain them. Be prepared for the one you're using not to work.
