Going on hour 49 without a prescription that was ordered for me 2 days ago. I called them yesterday to check on its status, but I do think they should be the ones calling the customers if they know they don't have the medicine in stock. Yesterday they said they expected the medicine to come in after 2pm, but here we are today, Jan. 11th at noon and-crickets. (Although, I guess it still is technically after January 10th's 2pm!)
Also a suggestion-I was in there recently and forgot to bring a bag, so that was my fault. They had run out of bags and offered no solution, but maybe they could sell reusable bags. Or, unless this is too much effort, they could page another worker to grab more bags from the back. I must admit that although I have worked at a drug store, I have never managed a CVS, so maybe those ideas are too far-fetched.
