Absolutely appalled by the customer service. They talk down to you, and shut the window in several ppls faces at 7 ON THE DOT. They also won't answer the phones after 615. They picked up and hung up on me 2x. Could be an accident, however if that's the case why are the handling prescription medications? The pharmacists have NO CLUE what's going on, and the communication between staff is non existant. They never help give you a solution to an issue. It's basically them saying not my problem, too bad. So I transferred my prescription to a different pharmacy and never have problems. I called NYSDEA and they were confused and appalled. One person didn't even know there were different levels of narcotics that have different rules. I didn't go to school for this and i could do a better job. Our community deserves better. Hannahfords is a better option.

I will not be back to this pharmacy. I cannot deal with the pharmacy or the pharmacist whose name is Marleene. I’ve seen her call out and embarrass at least three customers during my two visits. The girls who work the register are always rolling their eyes and making rude remarks. I can see by reading some of the other reviews that people as far back as two years ago have been complaining about Marlene and the other staff so it’s not just me. I’m shocked CVS hasn’t done anything about it though. I’ve gotten all my medications sent to a different pharmacy altogether because this place is toxic.
