Staff needs to be better trained, specially the young lady at the pharmacy counter. Is not the first time that this lady treats me bad but seems like the fact I’m a non English speaker really annoys her, I’m a grad school student, spell a name and date of birth is not that hard haha but seems like she can’t understand what I say and really wanna make this clear to me and everybody else at the line. We are in 2023, there is no more room for racism!
