Lazy, indifferent, uncooperative, lacking compassion, incompetent just some words to describe CVS as a whole. This is not a place that hires the best or the brightest. From pharmacists to pharmacy techs to cashiers to customer service and management. All terrible at what they do. This is the definition of quiet quitting.
