They denied my prescription from Mather Mental Health without informing me and I was only told after I called them several times.

I ended up being of my medication for 2 weeks because that situation.

Absolutely the worst! I called the pharmacy department to see if my husbands prescription was ready for pick up that the emergency room Doctor called in, they said yes it was ready for pick up. I said great I will be right there. I live 1/4 mile from the store. When I got there they were closing the gate. I said I just got off the phone with you. They Said Sorry Were closed. Absolutely the WORST
