You waste your time there they move so slow it's crazy talk about unprofessional smh I walked out more than two times already have to go back cause meds running low but seriously changing to somewhere else they run around like they have no clue what they doing
They keep refilling the same meds over n over ignoring my other medication they even claim I got both meds at one point when they gave me two of the same thing BAD

Very clean environment well stocked on every item pleasant and polite members I love this CVS I don’t go to no other one except this one

All I wanted was a Tylenol and you can’t even walk into CVS and grab that anymore. Rang that damn bell that is suppose to get you help and even after asking a cashier to call a manager no one came. I don’t have time to waste so if the button won’t solve anything what’s the purpose. Oh I went to target and look

First time I've ever been to this CVS Pharmacy - My appointment was for a flu shot. The pharmacist was so good that I didn't even feel a pinch. I'll be back in a couple of weeks for my COVID vaccine.

Medication pick up in the evening is extremely slow; usually one person processing lines of ten plus. Very poor. You need to do better.

This store is always clean and orderly. Items are usually in stock though over priced. The cashiers in the front are friendly and helpful. Most of the Pharmacy girls need attitude adjustments.

Asked an associate for help and he stated, don't you see I'm busy; don't you see I'm a customer and how dare that associate respond on his work shift like that to a customer! I didn't get his name badge but I hope this review gets his and all cvs ratchett employees at this site their attention. Cvs: you must do better! There are no zero stars so I had to settle for the 1. Also low stock on almost everything at this store. See ya.

Thankfully I rarely need to go to this CVS. The work ethics is the worst. In the pharmacy there were 6 people, two were working the utters chatting. There were five of us in line. I dint get it.

Slow. It’s like you’re at the special olympics. Good luck if you need anything that requires a key. One employee was nearby while hearing the announcement. But was too busy helping a customer cropping photos. I mean I get people may need help with that. However, the employee is full on sitting there cropping albums of photos. Pretty sure their time could be better utilized.

They did not give passport photo went back to get it, and they acted like it was impossible for them to make a mistake

Multiple people working at the pharmacy who apparently all take lunch at the same time. People cant pick up their prescriptions.

This place is for the birds. I only go here because it's close to my house. I've never seen a pharmacy that has 6+ people and no one ever answers the phones and the line is always to the front of the store. What in the world are they doing back there! Plenty of times I get so frustrated and just leave. The drive through is no better. I waited 25 mins in the line one day. They have two lanes at the drivethru, but only one works. The Home Office needs to make a visit to this location badly.

Why is the parking lot so filthy? Yes the patrons create the mess, they drop their trash and they empty their cars when they're cleaning them.they may be indifferent, lazy, callus, and irresponsible, but that does not mean the parking lot shouldn't be cleaned just because the people are careless. Clean the parking lot! MY GOODNESS!

Rhonda was very helpful with resolving my pricing issue and the store was surprisingly small.

I should have read the reviews prior to scheduling my COVID vaccine in this location.
Workers are rude and disrespectful.

Once my “go-to” pharmacy, this CVS has become subpar at best. They close the drive-thru window from 1: 00-2: 00 with no notice, and after informing you that your Rx is ready for pickup, you’ll still find yourself waiting upon arrival. The pharmacy staff could really use a course in customer service because their attitudes are often horrible! They would also benefit from better inventory upkeep. Rather frequently, they don’t have basic/popular medications in stock, causing delays that at times stretch for days. Once a 5-star pharmacy, in my opinion, this CVS branch has been demoted to 3 stars. And I’m being generous with those 3! If possible, I would’ve given them 2 1/2 stars…that’s exactly what they deserve!
