The Pharmacy automation answering service is absolutely infuriating. When a person needs to speak to someone in the Pharmacy, you have to leave your number and pray that they call you back in 2 hours. Who does that? CVS, that's who. My time is valuable and waiting around for someone to call me back, is not providing good service. How does one know the name of the prescription the doctor ordered for you over the phone. How can I check to see if the order is there for me to pick up, when I don't know the name of it. I need to speak with someone. OH, EXCUSE ME. THERE ISN'T ANYONE I CAN TALK TO. JUST LEAVE A NUMBER! Countless times I have had to stand in line to pick up a prescription and only find they hadn't filled it. Said it was the doctors fault. Drove several times to the doctors office to find out why the prescriptions weren't sent. Doctors office verified that it was sent. CVS Pharmacy just didn't fill it! I have put up with this way too long. I'm finding another Pharmacy that cares about their customers, their health and answers their phone when I have a question. I am not alone in my feelings regarding this Pharmacy. I spoken with many other customers that share the same experiences. If I could rate this review any lower, I would have. CVS, I leave this negative review in hope that you see it as an opportunity to better your services. Don't just regard your customers as a "PHONE NUMBER", but as a person seeking answers to their questions they might have.

Always problems when picking up prescription refills. Never answers the phone. Extremely slow service. Go anywhere else

Terrible experience. Ruined my whole day. Switching pharmacies. The reviews are true. The drive thru is never open because short staffed? Such a hassle to come in and wait and stand in a super long line with a little baby with me. I came in and they said my order isn’t ready even though i requested through the app an hour ago. They said be back in 15 minutes. I said okay. I came back an hour later. They told me its been out of stock and wont be able to fill til Monday, if its even there Monday. No call or text to inform me earlier that its not available, even though everything is set up. The shift manager did absolutely nothing about my bad experience but say sucks for you have a good day. I wish we could give 0 stars. I never leave a negative review. This place earned my bad review. Very poor service.

Worst CVS ive been to. Theres an old lady tgat works drive thru who has no clue what shes doing and needs to retire if computers are that difficult for her. They also never inform you of issues with filling scripts so youll drive 30 mins to get told somethings wrong when they shouldve called you for whatevers wrong as soon as it pops up.

This is my 3rd time I called in the same prescription they said it would be ready that day. I have a 45min. Drive to pick it up. When I get there they tell me they have nothing for me. Now doctors office is closed and I have no pills left. Can't wait to find another pharmacy.
