This is the best pharmacy anyone could ever ask for! Be patient, as they are busy, and treat them kindly, and you will definitely receive the best care possible!

Don’t be afraid to ask questions. In my experience, the pharmacist has gone above and beyond to help me, and to make recommendations that even my doctor failed to make.

Always remember to treat others the way you wish to be treated, even if you’re not feeling well.

Came here for a COVID Vaccine back in November of 2021. The doctors were nice and helpful of what to do after the vaccine.

The pharmacists are negligent and on 2 occasions lied to cover their mistakes.the medication was listed as picked up when it was incorrectly labeled. Myfriend has severe diabetes and suffered as a result of their mistakes!

After frequenting the Bayport CVS for the past 3 decades, we made the switch to West Patchogue last year and it’s like night and day. The pharmacist Chris M.is excellent. Always has time to answer questions, especially when I have problems with my insurance. I actually enjoy picking up my scripts now. A smile goes a long way.

Manager of store is very rude and disrespectful with customer with her bad tone very sarcastic loud and rude. I will rate her zero

CVS at 470 West Main St, Patchogue, is a most pleasant place to shop. The staff is always friendly, and I want to give a special shout out to Sanjay for his always cheerful greeting.

They randomly close early without notice. Got there 30 mins before closing to get infant tylenol and they were locked up already.

These people will not answer their phone. I literally sat on the phone for 12 minutes before anyone came on. They could at least pick up the phone and say "please hold". Unbelievable! This happened every single month. Chris, the manager, needs to fix this problem!

Lance was amazing. I drove a distance to get the products I wanted and at first I didn’t see them on the shelf. I asked the only employee I saw, Lance, about the items. He went to the back after helping some customers and grabbed what I needed. I was at self checkout, but HE insisted on helping me ring up my items. I remotely did nothing but pay during this trip to CVS. I was not expecting that much help and want to express my appreciation for Lance in that moment. Thank you again Lance for your service and most importantly hospitality!

Sanjay is great. His customer service he is a breath of life every time I walk in the store.

Poor Sanjay ran one register and had to assist the two self serve registers by himself with zero assistance, I waited 30 minutes as did other patrons. I don’t know who manages the store or what district manager allows for this poor staffing but it needs to be reevaluated.

Switched from Holbrook cvs to here. 10/10. This one is so much cleaner and friendly staff!

Never an issue here. They are very helpful the pharmacists here are fantastic. I’ve had a history with bad experiences with CVS in the past. But I tried one last location before switching pharmacies and I’m glad I did. CVS you should definitely award this location for being the best CVS pharmacy on li because I’m serious I here complaints about all your other locations but this location it’s nothing but positive feedback.

Been thru so many problems at others CVS pharmacies. This location is the only one that is extremely professional, helpful and friendly. 5 out of 5 stars.

I’ve had my pharmacy in the Bayport cvs, East patchogue cvs and truthfully this Cvs is the only one I’ve never had problems with. Pharmacy is great

Although the COVID test was not enjoyable, it was self administered and walked through by the kind person at the window. Thankful for the fast service, short wait time, and speedy lab results

Jennie is absolutely amazing. She works so hard, and is always so helpful. She’s willing to go out of her way to help you with whatever you need. Jennie deserves a promotion!

I’m constantly having problems with the self check-out. I know how to ring items.
When this happens, I usually can’t find anyone to help me. Yesterday, I just left my stuff there and went to Bayport, with actual cashiers.
After Memorial Day, I will be switching my prescriptions over.
West Patchogue, you saved money by laying off your workers, but, you’ve lost my business.

Worst run store I've ever been in. Never anyone to help you. Never what you need in stock. Never a good experience.
