CVS

Would give zero stars if I could! Just moved to the area and decided to give this CVS a time with my prescriptions. This is my third time coming to pick something up where there’s a 9 person line to pick up prescriptions… incredibly slow and it doesn’t matter which time of day! Inconvinenent and the workers seem to work as slow as molasses…. Do not come here u less you want your time wasted.

I had been waiting for a prescription for a week. I called to check the status and the person states they had the prescription for a few days and they didn’t know why it wasn’t filled. But, they said they would fill it in an hour. That was at about 10am.sexe

5: 34 pm I walked in and waited for 25 mins online at the pharmacy and they were only two people ahead of me. I got to the counter and they told me they didn’t have the prescription ready and I explained what happened and the pharmacist said she would make it. I asked if I can run to my car because I wanted to update my wife who was in the car with our dog and the pharmacist said, “well, we are closing in two minutes” rudely.

I let that go because I had been waiting and they never got the stuff ready. I had some other things I had to buy and I asked to buy it separately and the cashier told me no because it’s after 6. So I asked why she didn’t say that while I was standing there while they made the prescription but she didn’t say anything.

So they. Left the prescription unfilled for days after getting it, then didn’t do it when they said they would and then were rude and wouldn’t even ring up my stuff.

I would recommend CVS pharmacy to everyone the employees are very nice and helpful I don’t know for every CVS pharmacy but I usually used the one on Little East Neck RD west Babylon.

Terrible the pharmacy tech straight lied to my and told me my doctor never called in 1 of 2 of my prescriptions, I get the same email she sends to the pharmacy so I know they got the order. Instead of just telling me the truth that they were out of the medication they continued to lie and had me have my dr send it in again only for me to go back the next day and get told that they are out of stock.

This is the worst CVS I've ever been in. Especially the pharmacy. The last time I went to pick up medication, they sent me to the Massapequa location. They saod it was on "back order" So that's two lines 10 ppl deep! While I was waiting (like always) for my prescription I figured I purchase a drink and then I saw how dirty the fridge is. No drink for me, screw that. The place is filthy.

Countless times I've had prescriptions filled here or tried to refill and I got hung up on, The pharmacy staff is a little passive aggressive and the fact that they seem annoyed almost every other day but when you do catch them on a good day they are very nice people and the rest of the staff in the store are very helpful but I placed a prescription for testosterone and they have absolutely none in stock and according to my doctor any day after today that I don't have testosterone treatment is very detrimental to my health I'm not angry If anything I just appreciate an apology and a phone call when the prescription is available I don't understand how a pharmacy wouldn't have certain things like this but I guess it's something that special ordered I just would've like to know that ahead of time and when you call the pharmacy seems like your bothering them when you just need to know why they don't carry my medication when I've been useing them for the past 11 years of my life

Almost always not crazy, fully stocked, organized, enough carts, thank goodness their customer service is always friendly and accommodating, knowledgeable staff, great pharmacy, my only complaint is that they do not carry Diet Coke, caffeine free, in the plastic bottles (hint, hint)

Pharmacy itself is fine, but i can’t wait 40 mins on the phone every single time i have to call. I spent my entire 30 min break on hold and had to hang up.

Pharmacy staff is great. HOWEVER, I have been on hold and hung up on 4 30 minute times yesterday. The lines are always very long. Hire more staff. Hire operators. If you don't have enough room, then build a partial
second floor for phone staff. Please do something positive. Thank you.

I just left the Pharmacy at this location. The “Pharmacist” is one of the most repugnant people I’ve ever dealt with. Go elsewhere!

The employees are great, but you need to hire more of them. I've tried to call the pharmacy a number of times, but nobody ever picks up. I eventually changed to a different pharmacy.

I always have a good experience in this store. Employees are helpful. Lots of product selections Pharmacy can be busy without a lengthy wait time. This store is my preferred choice
