Very bad experience they see me in the line to pay and they don't say anything the only thing they say is not there cashiers

This location has shown an excellent amount of customer service! The workers are respectful, responsible, and helpful! The store is up to par and always has what you need whether it’s an OTC item or anything in between.

Rude uncaring people, with staff that actually laughs at customers who are in crisis.
Sickening. This is the first negative review I have ever made about any business.

This location at 850 Bronx River Road has the best service and most caring people you want to do business with!

Don't expect to pick up your life saving or mood stabilizing prescriptions within a week of ordering. Not only will they not contact your doctor for refills, your doctor won't be able to get in touch with them, and you'll have to play coordinator. Not only that, but they're extremely understaffed. The store itself is fine, it's pretty clean, but there's an obvious theft problem to the point that half of the cosmetic section is blocked off in a way that's obviously to prevent theft. Similarly enough, half of the grocery section's floor is taken up by stacks of delivery crates. I'm pretty sure those are fire hazards. Lastly, there's no clearance section. Not even a bin or basket, you won't find anything discounted for being close to date, returned, or damaged. They keep those up for full price.

What was the point of taking 711 out for a store that isn't even 24 hours? CVS Fleetwood is literally up the block w the same store hours. Completely useless to this neighborhood

Pharmacy is the worst! On hold for over 20 minutes. Called front of the store and was told it us at the discretion if the Pharmacy will answer or nit. Deplorable Service.

Unnecessarily rude lady at the self checkout and prices are higher than anywhere else. The item I was buying said bogo 50% and the price didn’t reflect that, so I asked about it nicely. I was told the price is what is on the screen with a lot of attitude, without her even going to check. I had to go take the picture of it myself to show her. I was right btw.

Will plan better in the future so I won’t have to enter this place again.

Glad they got rid of old manager Dawn, but place still needs work. I hate being forced to use self checkout, especially when making large purchases. Pharmacy wait times are long - but I still go there due to convenience close to home

The pharmacy is terribly understaffed. I have regularly waited on hold on the phone for over an hour, the lines are always so long for pickup, and I’m absolutely at the end of my rope with this place. Having my prescriptions transferred elsewhere. This review is not intended to reflect poorly on the pharmacy staff themselves - they’re being put in an impossible work situation with severe understaffing and CVS should be ashamed of itself.

Terrible store, lines are long, small, and understocked. The pharmacy seems to be chronically understaffed, and it takes forever to get through on the phone. I received a text that my prescription was ready and when I went to pick it up it wasn't ready. I had to come back the next day. Whoever manages this store is not doing a very good job.

The young female behind the register is absolutely horrible. She probably shouldn't be working there. She clearly doesn't want to do her job

Have gone into 850 Bronx River Road 2 Sundays in a row. The store is chaos. Too many people, especially young teenagers in groups and children under 10 (unmasked). I complained to the woman manager. They need a greeter at the door demanding people wear a mask upon entry.
