I have never had anything but great service with the Westfield pharmacy. I know it is a tough job in there as I have known several pharmacy employees both here and other stores. Pharmacy work is on your feet all day with almost no breaks and a constant stream of scripts needing to be filled. Thank you to the Westfield pharmacy employees and also those in the rest of the store!

I have been patient and understanding with scripts not being done. I waited a week to stop in to grab my script that when I called, said it would be ready Saturday late afternoon. I get there to pick up on Sunday to be informed that it is on back order and no idea when it will be in! At no point in the past week have they called to inform me to find a different pharmacy. This has happened a few times and the fact that they no longer transfer scripts and you have to call your doctor's is ridiculous! Such a bad company and I will be supporting out of the town pharmacies due to their bad ethics.

I don't really care it's a normal CVS but I ever since covid hit the staff and everything just in general is not even close to as good as it was

Never ever come here if you can help it I pick up prescriptions for my mother and every time I do their phone's always messed up so I can never call and see what prescriptions are ready for her and what need to be filled for her, over the last 6 months I've came probably six times a month just trying to get all my mom's prescriptions and every time I go there they always say that none of them are ready and they want me to pick like two of the prescriptions out of like the 12 that she needs the most for them to get ready they are completely lazy I downloaded the CVS app to try to make things easier because that tells me when my orders are in progress when they're ready and I always put in my order to get her prescriptions filled days in advance and I always show up in nothing is done there's never any lines here but yet they don't want to feel more than two prescriptions at a time and I was irritated enough to write a review on Google because I'm tired of going to CVS six times a month just to get like a total of 10 prescriptions that are all supposed to be filled on the same day between working two jobs and living my own life I try to be nice and do everything I can for my mother so these prescriptions are ready when I go to CVS to pick them up, I tried downloading the app I tried calling ahead for me to get a hold of the pharmacy I have to call the front desk and have them transfer me to the pharmacy that's the only way I can ever get a hold of the pharmacy so my advice If you have to get more than two prescriptions be prepared for a bunch of headaches from CVS it's not just this location either I tried switching from this CVS in Westfield to Dunkirk CVS and they seem to still have the same problem there's never any customers there in line but yet they never have anything ready but you can't get in contact with them to tell them to fill them or to tell them to have them ready for when I come in

I'm done with CVS in Westfield, they now have a no call store policy, you have to leave a message and have someone in corporate call you back, this started with a pre op medication I needed to take for a surgery, the doctor prescribed the right amount of medication and directions and CVS gave me the wrong amount and the wrong directions that I could of had a bad reaction to my allergy to contrast dye, "it could of killed me" now they keep saying my doctor won't approve my refill that says (0) refills when the doctor requested (3) refills. I called the doctor and they said the only way to resolve this is just go to another pharmacy.

I have issues every month when I get my script refilled. I have insurance but they take forever to authorize important medications so I have asked them multiple times to put a note on my account that I will pay full price. They say they do but next month rolls around and it’s on hold waiting for authorization. Then when I come in/call asking to drop the preoth I get told they can’t do it or they’ll say they did it and I’ll go to pick it up and they tell me it’s still waiting for a preoth. It’s inconsistent. I’m not asking much. I’m asking to put a note on the account so I can come pay full price for my medication.
Seems like I’m not the only one going through it. I would rate 0 stars if I could.

The employees are always very good with customer service and know their jobs well.
