This pharmacy is the worst pharmacy ever. They never pick up their phone. My daughter is sick of cell disease. She has to take penicillin. And every time she goes to her hematologist. She gets a new prescription sent to this pharmacy. Even when you sign up to get alerts about your refills, they never fulfill the. Refills, I never get the automated computer. Telling me that my medicine is ready. This pharmacy is horrible. I lived in yonkers Five years and five years this pharmacy has been horrible a disgrace to the minority community.

I was mortified when I showed up at my local CVS. For years I've been coming only to witness its recent disrespect in the pharmacy and store management. I've attached screen shots of my phone calls waiting over an hour. I showed up at the pharmacy and asked them to pick up the phone it was me. Two extremely unprofessional workers called me crazy and laughed.this only happens in the black community and we are tired of the disrespect. This is unacceptable!

I tried calling this store for over a week with no response or callback. They billed me for my order and did not ship it. I had to send multiple emails to have my order canceled so I can have my prescriptions sent over to a new pharmacy and they STILL had my original order on hand. This was a terrible experience and I am glad to finally have all of my prescriptions transferred over to a new pharmacy.

I am 82 years of age and I will soon be forced to change pharmacies due to age and infirmity. Your store is located over Shoprite. To access your store I and other elderly patrons must climb 3 flights of stairs. The elevator was shut down over 2 years ago. If you watch your patrons trying to climb the stairs, you would get the elevator fixed. This might be a violation of the Americans with disabilities act.

I’m sorry I have been coming here and multiple times shereaya is the managers name the way she talks to her staff and the way she talks about your customers while she is there reflects on your business… Manager is suppose to set the tone and be a positive leader not get upset and her employee because there trying to give the top care for a customer response should not be oh yeh have a key the customer needs to wait do you know how far I was? Like what is this your front line? Shameful

The cashier saw me waiting to be cashed out I understand if you’re doing something but at least acknowledge me. Let me know you see me and you’re trying to get to me as quickly as possible. The cashier was on the phone calling someone at the back and the other representative helping none of them acknowledge me. The cashier processed to walk away from the counter without saying anything are you kidding me! I call out to the cashier twice with the second time louder than the first and they gave me attitude and say give me a minute. Now CVS is that anyway to treat a customer? ! I am so disappointed the customer service is horrible the company need to invest In getting better customer service.

Horrible services. They’ll put you on hold for 20 minutes to then send you to voicemail. Could just do that form the beginning and not have me wait 20 minutes.

I’ve been living in the neighborhood all my life. I’ve been going to the CVS for very long time when I say long long customer service there the cashier, some young Dominican girl very disrespectful does not have any manners with customers does not know how to speak to people very nasty very disgusting with the Spanish, cursing in the way she carry herself very low life. I’m surprised they have people like that there, they need to get rid of her. Never experience my whole life, nastiness and rudeness and disrespectful and cursed that they’re in CVS. My family my daughters we go there. I couldn’t believe it today. They don’t need people like that to be working there. I know the neighborhood is not so great but don’t make it worse hiring people I don’t have any manners.

Terrible. Won't answer the phone. They don't seem to know what they are doing. Half of the time the staff here sit around talking to each other. Does HR even screen people anymore? Very unprofessional. Not to mention all the junkies begging for change outside. Avoid this place if you can. There are better pharmacies and drug stores in Yonkers.

If I cloud give this place 0 stars I would! By far the worst pharmacy ever the girls are rude. And forget calling them! They never pick up I’ve been waiting an hours just to talk to someone mind you I’m returning a call from them. Stay away from this place I will be changing pharmacy only reason I use this place is because it’s close to my house. Very irresponsible people why bother working if you can’t do your job right and treat your customers (who by the way pay your salary)

Pharmacy tends to take 30 minutes per person. Prepaying won't get your through any faster. Needs some express lanes for people that aren't going to ask stupid questions all day

I called in 6 times for customer service and I'm being ignored. The store Is open and I am not getting an answer for customer service, that is the worst.

I always go to the CVS I love CVS over all this one especially I get my meds at a feasible price better than Walgreens and the people that work there are always Pleasant and helpful

It takes on average 5 minutes at least to reach the pharmacy. This CVS is clean, but not well organized or stocked. Employees are extremely nice but obviously management are not on top of the issues the store has.

I usually enjoy coming here. But when ever the manager Amad is here. He is very rude. After insisting on using the self check out area, I was unable to use a coupon. Which is why I did not want to use the self check out because that’s usually the problem. But he went on that I had to use the machine as he had no intention on helping me at the register. Amad was the only person in the front at the time. He is not friendly nor helpful. If he had only helped me at the register I would have not spent 20 minutes dealing with coupons and rewards that were sent to my card. Besides him I have no problem with the girls that work here. They always greet you with a smile and are not hesitant to help you.

This is the worst pharmacy ever! Their computer crashes and my prescription doesn’t go through.no call.no call to my doctor. I follow up.three times I have to call and am on hold for 25 mins each time! They call to say the prescription is in. I go to pick it up and they say it isn’t ready 20 min wait? ! This is ridiculous! You lost a costumer!
