Sales help nowhere to be found. Items I wanted not available. Shelves not well stocked. Since Covid, no one seems to want to work and now the help watches customers do self check out

Pharmacy opens at 12pm today, with no signage posted except for the July 4th holiday hours (which actually says they open at 10am). Have to pick up a prescription before going out of town so I’m out of luck.

Disgusting customer service! I was calling to get information about a prescription and as I was trying to clarify what was required to get my prescription the employee talked over me and then hung up on me. How rude!

Just an awful pharmacy. I don’t even know how they stay in business. Shelves mostly empty and when they were supposed to have a medication ready for me TWICE two months in a row, they didn’t have it ready and told me it could be ready in 3 hours. 3 HOURS! Should I just sit there for 3 HOURS? Ridiculous. I asked them to transfer the script to CVS on Willis Ave and boom, had my medicine in 20 minutes. Too bad all CVS stores are not the same. The east hills CVS is the worst one ever. Their ratings are the way they are for a reason. Stay away.

The new pharmacy manager has to go. She is obnoxious and doesnt pick up phone calls. I heard her say to one of her techs "yo theres mad phone calls bro I aint answering that" and I've seen her roll her eyes at patients on multiple occasions. And a smile wouldnt hurt "bro". She is the preteen in the clear glasses. I was raised in this pharmacy but since the roll out of the new pharmacy staff this location has been a total joke

If you can, avoid this pharmacy. They will send your prescription to another cvs pharmacy without telling you until you show up to pick up the prescription. They are horribly understaffed and NEVER have any medications in stock. The woman said she thought it was best to send my prescription to another location as they would not get more for a few days. But that she could not call me because her tech called out sick. This whole store needs an overhaul!

I arrived the pharmacy late and the pharmacist just close the pharmacy area. However, after he learned that I was here to pick up medicine for my wife with COVID, he truly went the extra mile to fulfill the prescription and also explained how to take the medicine. He could've asked me to come back tomorrow morning, and I genuinely appreciate that he worked after hour to help us.

Worst CVS in the area. Understaffed pharmacy. Long lines and very cluttered. Feels like it’s being run by teenagers. CVS Roslyn Heights or Glen Cove much better.

Chronically understaffed at the pharmacy and now cut so low they apparently can’t even answer the phone from patients and have to close for 30 minutes daily to let the staff eat. This used to be a reasonable pharmacy but now it’s being run poorly and the customer service is miserable. Don’t use this place when there are many other, better pharmacies in the area.

Today, I went to get a 1st dose Covid Vaccine for my 9yr old son. The pharmacist gave him a wrong dose. My son was supposed to get kids covid vaccine and the pharmacist gave him an ADULT VACCINE. He didn’t even confirm any information about my son. He just went for it and gave him the wrong dose without asking any details about my son. So please be careful about CVS pharmacy vaccines!

I HAD TO CALL AND GET ANOTHER STORE ADDRESS THAT WAS IN THAT PLAZA JUST TO GET THERE. WHO IS RESPONSIBLE OF ENSURING THE ADDRESS COMES UP ON NAVIGATION?

Sumaiya Gani was the pharmacist that I saw when I was picking up my mother's emergency prescription. She refused to fill it despite me having the doctor on the phone and explaining the extenuating circumstances. In the middle of speaking with the doctor she walked away from me and refused to help me. She then ignored me. I have been a customer here for years and am incredibly upset that she treats patients who are ill and desperate like this. She was incredibly rude and disrespectful.

Great cvs. Pharmacy and front store always helpful. Mike, Harvinder, and Roger always do a good job.

The staff is nice and friendly but I would most diff spend a little more time cleaning the restrooms.
