Pharmacy staff made my aunt go to cvs twice to get medicine within 24 hrs, but could not help her get items requested for presurgery. I had to come in and tell them a 60 year old should not be coming in twice in 24 hrs and then me to get all items.over 5 staff members and until i came and told them unacceptable customer service.

Only people that were willing to help Mr Mohammed and Maria. Thank god for them. Go to them if you need anything.

They always have CVS brand OTC meds in stock and always out of the brand. Adjust your ordering so you have brand. And no, generic is not the same as brand.

The worst! The pharmacy never answers the phone and if they do it's after waiting 45 minutes on hold. There is always a line, like a very long line when you go in to pick up a prescription and the staff is not very helpful.

I placed an order for pick up and i kept waiting to email me when the order is ready, They canceled my order.
I placed another order and same thing happened they never email me to go pick up my order. I will never place an order through this pharmacy again.

DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CALL, THEY DONT CARE. I CALLED FROM WORK WITH 3 DIFFERENT PHONE LINES. NOONE PICKED UP THE PHONE. OVER 1 HOUR WAIT. THEY DIDNT HAVE MY PRESCRIPTION & SENT A CODED MESSAGE I DIDNT UNDERSTAND WHAT THEY WERE TALKING ABOUT. THEY SAID THEY REACHED OUT TO MY DOCTOR BUT DOCTOR OFFICE SAID THEY NEVER DID. I AM OUT OF A PRESCRIPTION FOR A NEEDED PROCEDURE AND WILL HAVE TO RESCHEDULE FOR OVER A MONTH BECAUSE OF THEIR LACK OF RESPONSE.

Pharmacy call. Terrible, terribly service. I was on hold for 30 minutes, finally hanged up because I couldn’t hold anymore. I memorized the service announcements, how many vaccines CVS provides and many more information, but unfortunately none of it helped me with the questions I had.

Worst pharmacy I have ever been to, not because they aren’t nice, they are under staffed and always a long line. Expect to wait over 20 minutes to get your prescription.

I keep getting text message alerts for prescription pick up. Tried to schedule a delivery which CVS promptly canceled without reason. I have tried calling 10 separate times over the last year and have never been able to get through to a human depite waiting on hold forever.

Can't fill perscriptions correctly.

This location is painfully slow at register and pharmacy. The pharmacists will leave the register with a customer while there's a long line for something a sales associate could do. Unprofessional, miserable place.

I had to call three times to get through the pharmacy waited 25min the first time, called twice again waited and waited finally someone picked up the call. If it were not for CVS being close by I would not use the pharmacy. Please get more help at this location.

This store has the worst pharmacy customer service on the planet! I work for a Medical Provider, the pharmacy staff cannot process prescription efficiently. No one answers the phone for hours. The longest time on hold was 49 minutes, then the pharmacist and their technicians rush you off the phone in 5 minutes. They over charge elderly patients, and ask for prior authorizations when none are required because they do NOT know how to process their own orders in their system. A medical office calling into a pharmacy should not be on hold almost an hour before speaking with a pharmacist!

Do NOT use their photo printing services. They prove once again you absolutely cannot rely on drugstore printing services, their machines are always broken down a factor you learn AFTER ordering your prints. And when trying to get refund since the clerk absolutely refused to give me a simple strait up answer as to when I can pick up my prints, she hung up on me twice and that is absolutely no way to provide customer service. She needs a good talking to or perhaps some retraining on dealing with the public.

REALLY SHADY with your controlled pain meds. We had lots of problems with my father's meds from them LYING about stock issues to mess up his pickup date. This has been happening for MONTHS now. Staff always looks on edge. More than 1 group of pharmacy staff whenever I go. Never
the same Staff when I go to pick up. Someone should REALLY investigate this specific CVS.

Absolutely terrible customer service from the pharmacy.they are rude and just stare at you, while you are waiting hours for your prescriptions. They laugh and talk amongst themselves. No one approaches you, or asks if you need help. Made me wait 1hr at the consult counter to fill out forms for at-home covid tests, after all that she told me to wait back on line for them to be ready for pick up. She literally had them in her hands. I had two toddlers screaming and whining at this point, and had to leave bc of such long wait, and no one taking care of my order. The people at the front registers are super kind and friendly however. They greet you and are always helpful. The pharmacists at this location truly have to be reevaluated.

I realize people need to eat lunch, but it’s weird that everyone in the entire pharmacy all take lunch at the same time and you can’t get anyone on the phone from 12 - 2pm and sometimes beyond because they forget to switch off the recording that tells us to call back later. Seems intentional. What is this trend? The USPS takes two hours for lunch and close the post office entirely as well. Are we now doing siesta time, lunch hour +? Lucky.

If i could give this CVS 0 stars i would. I arrived at the pharamacy to pick up my toddlers prescription and they were closing the gate as i walked up. I asked them to please just give me the prescription because I’d driven all the way here to get it and the lines at this pharmacy as always ridiculously long! The guy told me to come back tomorrow at 8am because they closed 13 mins ago. How did they close 13 minutes ago and they put the gates down just when i walked up? These people have no decency. AVOID THIS CVS PHARMACY AT ALL COSTS!

The pharmacy here is a joke, be ready to wait a 20+mins on a pickup line only for them to tell you your medication will be ready in 10-15 more minutes, but you'll really be there around 30 more minutes. Only come here if you have at least a full hour to pick up meds

Horrible horrible service, most of the employees at the pharmacy have no empathy for the patients coming to pick up their medications, I went there to pick up some of my medications I was told are ready through a text messages from the pharmacy itself, the minute I got the the guy named Graig and after he took my name and my date of birth and after I told him why I am here, he just pointed to someone without giving any explanation and said Consultation, I have nothing for you here, I brought to his attention that I didn’t understand what he meant, he started screaming at me and said go to conversation and talk to them about your medications. I just left and went to wait for the pharmacist. The worst thing happened after me is a gentleman that was crying due to the same treatment he got from Graig who literally send him to consult the pharmacist as well in Avery harsh way, the guy stated that he was calling the pharmacy with non stop and no one would pick up the phone, the guy needed his medication and he was begging them to contact a different pharmacy so he could go there and pick it up if it’s available, no one paid him attention, it was heartbreaking to see a gentleman crying for him medication and no one was willing to help, the gentleman left the pharmacy crying like a baby, So very sad that those people work in the pharmacy getting paid for not being responsible to deliver the right service to those patients. I hope this reviews are given some sort of importance and that someone read them and take some actions to correct the way how patients are treated in this pharmacy

Pharmacy staff do not pick up the phones. I have been holding for over an hour and they don't even pick up for physicians calling in a prescription as an emergency. I will never go there again!

The managers and staff were both extremely friendly. They work extremely hard and often are understaffed probably because of corporate. People only give this place a bad review because they’re impatient and self-entitled. Grow up.

Without a doubt, the longest pharmacy lines and the most incompetent staff. My prescription keeps being transferred to random pharmacies even though this location CALLS ME to tell me that my prescription is ready at this location. I don’t have a car and have to walk there so I often waste over 2 hours between the commute, the line, and then the idiots behind the counter denying that they ever said it’s ready there, even after I’ve played back their own voicemails to them on speaker. Please, go anywhere but here!

Outstanding shopping experience. All products I sought were in stock. All CVS Associates were exceptional helpful. Self checkout was a breeze and all CVS discounts on my card were applied as promised. Highly recommended.

Never receive call, always a huge line and they will tell you if you are not getting all the medications. In one word horrible service. I am waiting on phone line for 2 hours still no one is picking up.

3.5 stars for location, convenient hours, store size and friendly helpful employees. Since Covid began supply chains have suffered and there are many empty shelves. I still check in here for household, grocery and toiletry staples when my 30% off coupon comes in the mail every few weeks. To the people claiming profiling by security - I am tailed by the man too ;) I’m Irish/Danish! I must look naughty

They never pick up the phone so then you have to go there, wait in line for 30 minutes, just to be told that your prescription wasn’t filled/there is some sort of problem and you will have to come back. I would say this happens 90% of the time with my prescriptions. I have been on hold easily over 30 minutes numerous times and end up just hanging up because they would leave me on hold all day. If this wasn’t the pharmacy that my insurance required me to use I wouldn’t step foot in this place.

To management and/or corporate: You need to hire new staff at this location ASAP! Every other CVS call like takes 5-20 minutes to reach a pharmacist. This location takes hours and the line hangs up on you after hours of waiting on hold. Your hardworking staff are swamped and your customers are going without their medications. I cannot receive automatic refills on my medication because it's so expensive and the only way to push it through each month is to call the pharmacy. I've tried every day this week and JUST reached a pharmacist. It's Friday and I'm suffering without my medication. I know COVID has caused staffing issues, but this side of town is all flocking to the Ditmars location, which is operating just fine. Please hire new staff immediately and make this location a priority. They need support.

Worst CVS I've ever been to. The store: Unhelpful and incompetent staff from management on down (the manager Kristy is the exception), always out of items or they're just not put out on the floor (even before the pandemic). The pharmacy: called the pharmacy recently during open hours and was on the phone for over 10 minutes and no one ever picked up the phone.

Worst ever pharmacy there is. My whole medical tram had to call over 4 day period to get my refills in now I have to wait one more day. Moving to rite aid. Never answer phone, too much trouble.

Do not vaccinate in this pharmacy, totally disorganized and unprepared for care. After taking the temperature and filling the papers I was asked to wait 15 minutes. 30 minutes waiting to be vaccinated I ask when it would be my turn simply the person responsible for the vaccine informs me that she did not have my information and did not know that I would vaccinate. How to trust a pharmacy like that?

The pharmacy is very disorganized, when you call they put you on hold for more than 40 minutes, the employees are not friendly, they do not help you when you cannot find something at the pharmacy.

Worst pharmacy I’ve been too, when they say my prescription will be ready it never is when I go to pick up. They either don’t pick up the phone or leave you on hold forever. Staff seems extremely disorganized.

As others have stated, there is a security guard who constantly follows people around the store. I am also a regular customer so it would be stupid of me to steal here and risk being kicked out. Since this store is so close to my residence. But what really bothers me about him following me is that when I have my young daughters with me he will follow me and try to have conversations with my 15 year old daughter. That is totally not acceptable. I've brought it to the managers attention and was just told that they would speak to him about this. If they've spoken to him about it then he must not have understood or cared about the severity of his actions. But he's still working there. And the pharmacy is ridiculous. Yes the employees are nice but they never answer the phone. I shouldn't have to wait over 30 minutes to ask a simple question. Someoneneeds to address these problems and soon.

In the last 3 weeks, I tried numerous times during different hours trying to refill my prescriptions. (a total of 3 weeks) I couldn’t do it online, I was told that I had to call in order to get them delivered. I FINALLY was able to talk to SOMEONE on 2 occasions. They promised me that they will refill and deliver it. 6 days later, I STILL HAVE NOT received my medication. This is totally UNACCEPTABLE. Medication is CRITICAL to a patient. The WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD.
