I really don't shop there I just use the pharmacy. It seems to be perpetually busy and don't forget about the half hour that they close for lunch, it leads to a big line when they reopen. The pharmacists have always been attentive and knowledgeable. My only concern is my doctors and this CVS always seem to point the finger at each other as to whether the prescription was sent / received. Also, don't bother calling, you'll be on hold forever! And for those of you who do shop there, they have gone to fully self checkout for those of you who can't stand that.

My wife scheduled a vaccine shot two weeks ago. When we got in the store, they told us this vaccine was not available today. No text message to notify my wife the vaccine wasn't available. They told us go to another CVS to get the shot and gave us the other CVS address. We thought they checked on their CVS network, the vaccine was available at the other CVS store they want us to walk-in. When we got there, the store was surprised and said they didn't receive a call from Morton Village CVS and told us they didn't have the vaccine too. At least, this CVS staff called other CVS stores to see if other CVS had vaccine before sending us to there. Finally, we received the vaccine shot at the third CVS store we went. To the Morton Village CVS, their staff service is horrible, the first response after their mistake was kind to make you leave the store by giving another CVS address without confirming the vaccine availability at the other store. If there is an option to give zero star to Morton Village CVS, I will do that.

Called and held the phone for 20+min, line got hung up.
Called again and held another 10+min, Jenny who picked up the phone hung up the phone once again after I finished asking my question. Probably the most irresponsible CVS I’ve ever encountered. Should have look at their reviews before wasting my time calling them.

If I could make a complaint I would say this is the most disgusting pharmacy in all of New York and the staff is horrible I hope it closes sooner

CUSTOMER WARNING

This pharmacy sold me about to be EXPIRED tablets. (7 days left for expiration). When I went back and asked they didn’t even say sorry. There will be different kind of customers like old people, uneducated who might not understand the expiration date or we might trust pharmacy that they will not sell expired or about to be expired tablets. This is the worst experience I ever had at a pharmacy️️️️

The pharmacy women was so rude after she saw my last name I am very upset and will definitely will try to avoid this location at any cost. In the future if I will ever be treated like this you will not have to worry about bad review I will call the police and turn the palce upside down then my lawyer. You should really train your staff on how to speak to people

Mike rang me up today at the register. He was very rude and unprofessional. He really did not care at all and usually these things dont bother me. He was super rude.

This is the worse customer service this pharmacy has I have been on hold to speak to someone for over 40 mins now and I had to call the front store and they said he would transfer me to someone know and o was put back on hold again very annoyed

Most of the staff in this location are rude, especially someone named (I think) Mike, he’s the most nasty person I’ve ever seen, so rude and unprofessional, he doesn’t want to apply my coupons and when I ask him any question he doesn’t even answer or he answers in a very nasty way, and once I gave him a store credit to apply, he threw it on the counter behind him after he scanned it and when I went home I realized he didn’t even apply it, it’s just a scam, I can’t understand how CVS let a person like that still work there, I think they’re desperate

Leaving this review on plainview but it applies universally for CVS. I'm a physician. I find CVS pharmacies to be employed by the least qualified, lowest IQ individuals at every level that i've ever had the displeasure of interacting with as a patient and as a medical professional. There is zero accountability, less than zero compassion. When they make a mistake which is virtually every interaction they make no attempt to make it right. Pharmacy staff and pharmacist have no knowledge of basic pharmacology and fail in every aspect of human interaction. It's an absolute travesty that some patients are bound to cvs by their insurance companies.

It’s impossible to speak to someone in the pharmacy department when you call because the non-user-friendly voice doesn’t understand what you mean. IF you can get through, then after 5 minutes of wait time it automatically hangs up on you.
They just had an in person review, five men in suits were behind the counter watching the operation and you should have seen everybody working there jumping around like bunnies. They couldn’t do enough for you. Now that they are gone it’s back to usual terrible service.

The whole pharmacy staff here are very disrespectful, rude, discriminative, and very unprofessional. They do not treat people with respect and does not speak professional at all. They all need to be fired or give extra work ethics training. As people, in the medical field, they all need to learn how to treat patients with dignity and respect. No manners at all. From A-Z, all the pharmacy staff is RUDE! If you guys don’t have work ethics and don’t want to serve people, then just get the hell out of the Pharmacy and attend some work ethics training and how to be professional! RUDE and Uneducated, ill manner and sick Pharmacy staff! Go and do some mental health trainings and meditation because you sick people seriously need it’

Weird layout and was really slow. I had to wait like 10 minutes in line to buy 2 drinks and a pack of ramen.

This CVS is awful. The staff are so rude and unhelpful. Any time you want to speak to a pharmacist on the phone it’s an extremely unnecessary wait time. After waiting there for 30 minutes yesterday to pick up a prescription I was handed an empty vile with no medication in it. I am having my doctor send it to a different pharmacy as I cannot deal with their incompetency any longer.

Honestly all the pharmacists here are nasty. It would be one thing if they could actually do their job right, but every time they mess up they're nasty to you about it and do nothing to keep from making more mistakes. I've never been to a worse pharmacy. Cvs has gone majorly downhill. I'm transferring everything to Walgreens because I can't keep taking all this time to keep fixing their mistakes on my own.

Love this pharmacy. Never long wait and always get my prescriptions correct. Sweet pharmacist who's always helpful when i have questions about any new medications.

On more than one occasion i was short supplied.
When i asked for flu shot, was told they would do better if they didnt have to give this service.
Not the most friendly bunch
