If you ever want to get yourself in a bad mood and totally waste your day, go into the CVS and try to do any of the services that they offer you will leave completely annoyed, aggravated and upset.

I've been in Starrett for over 40 yrs, this is a pretty good community white black catholic Jewish etc, most of my friends are African American n latino so this isn't a color thing but I couldn't find a Caucasian Santa or anything for that manner that resembled any white statues in this cvs, is there a msg being sent?

CVS has really gone downhill. They’ve changed their coupon policy to the detriment of their loyal consumers. If you have manufacturer’s or store coupons or ExtraBucks or CarePass rewards they’re all applied in a way that prevents you from using them together unless it’s an extremely large purchase which isn’t hard to achieve because CVS is so much more expensive than other stores and even their online site.

I went to this CVS location to shop before the pandemic started about two years ago because my local CVS is constantly out of stock. I recalled an employee by the name of Brittany who was incredibly kind and helpful. She was one of those persons that you simply cannot forget. She is also highly educated about the various items and how they are sold.

I went out shopping here today and came in behind a few customers who were all being greeted by Brittany. She also greeted me and was really polite. She said she would help anyone of us who entered the Drugstore. She was the only person who could locate the item I was having trouble finding in the store.

BRITTANY's dedication to providing excellent customer service makes her a deserving manager. She does an excellent job of representing CVS, and she ought to be mentoring others on how to offer such excellent customer service. I'll only come back to this store to shop because of Brittany.

Very unprofessional employees, managers, and the pharmacist are very rude asking questioning why I'm taking the medication the doctor prescribed me.which is none of their business from what i was told.

Horrible Experience the Manger Ana Daniel's accused me of stealing a bag of chips and a juice while I was standing on the like for almost 1hour waiting to get my medication I opened the chips and juice and was eating it while I was on the line before the employee could ring up my medication and juice and chips she came running to the register saying ooh pay for your stuff she was very rude and embarrassed me I always come here why would I be standing online if I was trying to steal

I was in the store for 30 minutes to purchase three items. Why you ask? Because the manager didn't know how to use the pay by mobile featured in the Cvs app. I had to go to the back, in the pharmacy area to pay, where I was told to open my app in the front because it doesn't open in the back. Is this ridiculous or what! These guys can do so much better. And don't get me started on the long lines for the pharmacy. They move like turtles. But the one positive thing I have to say about CVS as a business; is that I love all of the coupons & discounts you get with them.
Update: I have to say, that the staff in the front of the store, are very nice people. But the pharmacy area, is horrible. They say their open from 8 a.m. But if you go there at 8, the cashiers aren't ready to service the customers. They're laughing & talking to each other, completely ignoring the customers. And some of them, are even out getting coffee. When I tell you the pharmacy area is unprofessional, slow, & unfriendly, please believe me. I have to look into finding another pharmacy in my area. These people treat their customers like animals. It's really heartbreaking. I have even seen some of them arguing with sick & elderly customers, because the customer complained about the long, slow moving line. But let me say this, you have a couple of nice one's in the pharmacy area as well, but I don't think their on that early morning shift. You have two guys, that's really nice. I ABSOLUTELY HATE COMING TO THE PHARMACY HERE!

Why is it so hard to just reach a pharmacist? I don't want to speak to no 3rd party rep that can't speak English. It's annoying. I just reached to ask one question. Smh.

The service is horrible, the entire staff needs training in providing satisfactory customer service, also the wait time and lines are ridiculously long. This location needs new management.

The Pharmacists are Non Professional. Yelling out to another if my medication was in stock. Guess they dont know the HIPAA law. Lines are ALWAYS backed up and have the nerve to have over 4 windows and one or two persons attending to patrons.

I have been coming to this pharmacy for almost 10 years and I must say after Pathmark closed al the prescriptions went to this CVS and it seems that they are just overwhelmed and short staffed. Some of the pharmacy people are just plain nasty and rude to patrons many of which are seniors. They dont pick up the phone as the line is always long. Even the auto refills are backed up and are starting to not get filled on time. I will be looking for another pharmacist as it has now become unbearable.

I visited this cvs store today (starrett city). I had to wait more than an hour for my photos to print. I must say I received outstanding service from 2- employees. One employee was Damaris and the 2nd employee was Cornelie. It was such a pleasure to deal with
These employees. Great Service.

He probably thought i was joke when i said it but theres an employee named angel (im assuming thats how his name is spelled) and i have to leave a reveiw somewhere. This gentlemen has such good customer service to where i felt almost as if i new him. This employee has a very grand way of communicating with a customer (that is if they have an IQ above at leat a 90). If were up to me id even say he should get a bump in pay because he has the store in a positive mood.
