DO NOT GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT FOR MICROBLADING! Cheri Ruined my eyebrows. She did not know what she was doing and was in a rush the day that she microbladed my brows. She did not match up the color and made my eyebrows red. Yes, it was my fault for not saying anything about the color match. Her bedside manner is awful and when I ask her to stop because it was extremely painful she told me to try and relax and that she only had a couple more minutes to go. I can handle pain pretty well but she was pushing too hard. Since going to her it has been a nightmare to get my eyebrows to look semi-normal. Thank God I was smart enough not to go back for my second application. I ran into an ex employee of hers who stated to me that before she was given the job she “ had to write 10 glowing reviews” only then was she given the job. Ladies please do yourself a favor and really research before getting micro blading done at this establishment.

Absolutely horrible and I flew all the way from Atlanta, GA to have my face ruined. In Georgia they don't do eyeliner removal so that's how I ended up seeing Sherry I found her online and really liked her work I saw. My first experience was good just some eyeliner migration removal but they wanted me buying a package after they have your money you're just a number to them they absolutely do not care about you! They made sure to check up on me too the next day asking for a review, how tacky!
Well here is my updated review-
They definitely don't treat you like family as it says on her website. They aren't nice or caring people and what an unfriendly office with bad energy and attitudes. My first complaint are my tattooed eyebrows. I'm a brunette with 50 shades of brown for the life of me I can't understand why Sherry would do them a grayish/blue color and not consult me first. When I told her I wasn't happy with the color this was her response. "Dark browns are actually very hard to achieve" and apparently this gray is a specialty of hers to create. As a brunette she should have consulted with me first before she used her specialty color on me. My eyebrows are the same color as my eyeliner I don't have black hair this doesn't match me at all! I studied her pictures and all her brunettes have brown eyebrows I have never seen her use this color before on her printed work. She also said "There was nothing I could have or would have done differently to achieve the perfect dark brown for your case. " REALLY!? !?
Next she touched up my eyeliner wings and they are not symmetrical. One is thicker and curves up and the other is thinner and goes straight out. I mentioned it still in the chair before I left but she blew it off as being swollen, etc but I have a very good eye for detail and I noticed it.
Lastly the fibroblast plasma. What a painful procedure done by someone who doesn't care about you or your comfort. Full face from outta state and they never messaged or called me to see how my recovery was going afterwards. Now almost 3 weeks later I sent a message with picture concerned about this huge line of red and pink on my forehead asking if this is normal. They got my message and didn't feel the need to acknowledge my concern or send a response because they obviously do not care.
At this point I am so turned off by their unprofessionalism and lack of caring I will never ever ever return there I will go somewhere else to have this permanent make-up removed and am disputing my credit card charge of $2400 I wasted there. I'm sure they will want to respond to this post but they shouldn't even bother there is absolutely nothing they can say or do to keep me as a client or make me happy good riddance to these people!

Love love love Custome Beauty! I’ve had lip color, eyeliner, and lash perm. I brought a lipstick in that I wanted my lip color to be and Sherry created the identical color. I initially wanted just a thin line for eyeliner but asked sherry to widen it at my 6 week touch up. Over a couple months the add on faded a bit so I called and sherry touched everything up for free. My initial lash perm didn’t work so I called and they said they were getting a new product and they would redo my lash perm at no cost. I loved the new product! My lashes look so great that I don’t wear mascara most of the time
10/2019 there was a spot on my eyeliner that sherry did that didn’t take as well as the rest of my liner so I call custom beauty and scheduled a free touch up. It’s nice to know they take pride in their work and want happy customers! They also understand, at no faulty of the beauty tech, my some bodies need a little extra care.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CUSTOM BEAUTY!

Sherry was very informative before the procedures started. She drew my lip, and eye, liner on first and she was spot on with what I wanted to have done. I brought a sample color lipstick of what I was looking for, and she nailed it 100%. She talked to me through the whole procedure to make sure I was comfortable, not in too much pain, and to let me know what she was doing and how much longer she had. With the numbing solution on my lips there was little to no pain and the same thing for my eyeliner. The eyeliner actually tickled and I had no pain at all. You get a free touch up appointment 6-8 weeks later and those procedures were even quicker and no pain at all. Sherry’s technique is phenomenal. I wish I would’ve had my eyebrows done with her but I will eventually when I need touch ups.

I have been a client of Sherry Hale for many years. I have never experienced an atmosphere more comfortable, welcoming or relaxing in any other salon. Such services are very specialized, and need patience and empathy to establish a rapport with a client to achieve the desired end result. Sherry is the perfect artist to relax and guide you I to your chosen procedure. My eyebrow and liner enhancement were beautifully executed, and very much less painful than I expected.
I have returned many times for more services and maintenance, and I have seen the work of other artists on some of my friends, and their friends.
I would go to Custom Beaute any and all times, and recommend them to anyone who asks. In my mind, there is no one who compares to Sherry Hale and her kind, courteous staff. By the way, did I mention that the salon is decorated for a queen.

Sherry and all the staff are warm, friendly, and professional. Sherry did a wonderful job on my semi-permanent eyeliner and when it looked like I might be late to catch my flight back home, she had one of her staff drive me to the airport! Best customer service ever.

I started going to Custom Beaute about 4 years ago. My first visit, I had the 3D brows. Sherri did a beautiful job. I love, love, love them.since that visit I have had several other procedures done, all done with professionalism and care. I have had many compliments for my eyebrows and skin. Thinking of adding eyeliner and lips.

5/29 I called towards the end of May (2019) and was told I would have to wait at least 2 to 3 months for an available appointment. Then I was placed on hold and came back and Sherry said she would come in on Memorial Day (a holiday), only a couple days later, and would do my lips and eyeliner.
Sherry was very informative before the procedures started. She drew my lip, and eye, liner on first and she was spot on with what I wanted to have done. I brought a sample color lipstick of what I was looking for, and she nailed it 100%. Update- after my free touch up I decided to make my line a little more dramatic. I just noticed today 8/20 I have a noticeable spot on my right eye that has no liner so I will address that with sherry.
8/2 update- I had a perm eyelash procedure done on Aug 1st and I am very displeased: my lashes had a slight curl right after the procedure and I was told they would curl more by second day. Well the 2nd came n went n my lashes just went back to normal- flat. I added tint to my procedure so all I have is a normal looking but tinted lash.i also want to note that I still have not gotten them wet nor put makeup on then even though I only had to wait 24hrs
I will call the company Monday 8/5 to see if they will offer to fix this service so for right now I’ll leave 4 stars. So as of right now I paid $80 for a very light eyelash tint that’s only supposed to last 2-3 weeks, with NO curl at all (the main treatment), which is a very extreme price tag. Plus I tipped $15, so really $95 for pretty much nothing. And from other reviewers I’m not the first one to get the same results. I was so happy with my eyeliner and lip color so I booked 2 eyelash perm with tint. I hope they will redo it and allow me to use my 2nd purchase towards something else. I really do enjoy this company so I’m hoping they will make it right

They said they have had a few complaints regarding their product for the perm lashes so they are getting a new product in very soon and they offered to redo my eyelashes a second time for free. They said if I still did not like the results then I can use my other credit for perm lashes towards a different service. I will be calling very soon to schedule the redo of my permanent lashes and I will update after that.

Six years of satisfaction! Getting my brows done at Custom Beaute was a great decision. She has an amazing eye for color and detail. I follow her instructions and the brows look great and stay looking nice - I just finished my second touch up and am very pleased with the results.

Working with Sherry has been a pleasure! She is not only inspiring by doing this for women but she’s amazing, extremely skilled and knowledgeable! I love my brows and I can’t wait to see what she does for the lips!
