***Addendum to my initial review ***
I recently had a horrible experience buying a used car (see my review of MIYAN MOTORS). Early in the transaction, I brought the vehicle in question to CAP so they could confirm that I had a head gasket problem (a very costly repair).
Nancy and Lisveth were beside themselves that a dealer would treat a customer so poorly and proceeded to treat me with kindness, courtesy, and professionalism. When I say that they went above and beyond in their efforts to help me and soften the blow from this horrible experience. I am understating how good they were to me.
In the end, they waved all charges and wished me well for a positive outcome.
These 2 women and the service department at CAP should be an example of customer service for all dealerships. They were the silver lining in a terrible situation. I can't thank them enough.

I have to say I truly feel like family coming into the dealership. Carl in sales Is absolutely amazing not only was he extremely comforting and friendly he was extremely helpful when it came down to anything. Vinny from finance was absolutely amazing as well! He fought to get the best deals and pushed to get it done. I thank the Croton Jeep family for welcoming me aboard.
