Great mall with plenty of options for food, shopping, and entertainment. Overall a great place to have fun with friends, as long as you ignore the occasional stabbing that this place has

My handicapped adult child left her pocketbook in the food court. Thank you to the cleaning staff & Bill in security for finding it & returning it to her.

As someone who grew up heading to this mall from time to time, I can confirm that this mall has seen better days upon revisit. If I were to add something oddly specific, it would be the fact that I noticed the same couple shopping in the Macy's area (both before the revisit and after revisiting). 4 stars for the memories and vast selection of stores, I guess.thasall

Dark and gloomy and food court closed at 6pm. Poor selection of women's clothing.
Bath and Body Works was awesome and 110 Grill saved the day!

They have a huge teenager violence issue in this mall. It's been in the news quite a lot for it. It's massive, but there are a lot of vacancies, even before the pandemic.

My Boyfriend and I were at Crossgates Mall seeing The New Halloween Movie. We had a Great Time!

A store for everyone's taste. Nicely laid out with a nice selection of stores and eating venues.

One of the best survive local malls left in the area. There are so many great stores including the next LEGO store that went in. One of my favorite attractions there is Dave and Busters love that place. If I were to go to a mall in this area Crossgates Mall would be my first choice!

OMG! One of my favorite malls! We came from out of town to Albany with a family member who is from there and he said we had to see this mall. One of the biggest in the country! It has everything you can think of! It's two stories with a movie theater and an entertainment center with bowling and arcade games. But also a Dave and Busters! Lots to do!

There is lots all across this mall! I went there as a simple visit and it's nothing like the stuff you see in the Rome/New Hartford area. There was a lot of shopping experiences to be had and I enjoyed seeing some of this massive mall. I hope to come back another day for even more fun and to shop at all the insanely cool places!

One of the best Malls in the capital region to get your shopping wants and needs, when at a lost crossgates is the next best stop.

I wouldn''t recommend this place at all. I had a horrible experience with their mall “security”. Today (11/20/2021) at around 12: 18 pm I was at the Burlington Factory store. The aisles in this store are very narrow! I am a curvy/hourglass body shape and I was waiting in the aisle for my sister to finish in the dressing room. There was this short and stocky security officer guy wearing neon green (like a crossing guard) who was hesitating in front of the aisle. He knew the place was very tight. Then after he literally made his way thru the aisle I was at. Mind you, the aisle right by me was CLEAR! He could of passed thru there. However, he was very close to me and it made me uncomfortable. When I tried to make eye contact with him to show my discontent, he ignored me. The guy was literally in my personal space when the aisle right over was clear. I felt violated! As a person working for security you should know better!
Being a male, one should have respect for a female's space and try to work around that. I have noticed in my lifetime it was the males who always move past me when they pass. It is very unprofessional of a "Security" guy to pass by that close to a female. I wish I took a pic of it! It was despicable! It's disrespectful and it made me uncomfortable. The aisles are narrow as is and the aisle next to me was CLEAR! Why pass thru me? I literally had to push up on the clothes for him to get by! Even then.my bust area was close to him which I didn't like. I haven't been in this location for a long time and I am not coming back. The other reviewers here who left negative comments are justified. This place is messy and unbearable. I have never been so happy to leave a place! I powerwalked to the exit! Never again. This security guy literally ruined my day and made me feel horrible.

Between the teenagers walking around screaming "yyyeerrrrppppp" at the top of their lungs. And them smoking blunts right inside the mall around small children, it was one of my worst visits.

Lots of options but also many people. Wear a mask when over 3% COVID rate in Albany county. Harder to keep 6ft social distance as we get closer to Christmas.

Super busy but convenient to have so many stores to choose from. We are spoiled in this country when it comes to a variety of options to shop at. Well, spoiled for those who have the good fortune to be able to shop at premium stores. We just went to celebrate a birthday at a restaurant, but this isn't typically my destination for shopping.

Unlike other malls, almost all of the shops are occupied. Easy to park and has a good selection of stores.

Well with the mall that all the stores are open funny going on so when I'm down that way with the family I like to stop it

Enjoy walking the mall. Went looking for a pair of shoes. Did not find any I liked. Wished I lived closer to this mall.

Too many gun shots / violence. Clean this place up, maybe I'll come back.
It's got good stores, great potential, but unfortunately just not a safe place to bring anyone you care about with you.

The avocado smoothie didn't look like Avocado smoothie at the Berry (Asian owned) dessert business! It tasted fine however!

Lots of different options of products.but no one was really wearing masks.especially the younger kids who may not have been vaccinated due to age
. Not really noticing sanitation stations.and not alot of masks worn by food servers.kinda a little scary

Jd Employees backdoored my pair of shoes I was only only 12 minutes late and they refused to give them to me horrible service do not recommend going to that store and to that store or shopping for that company in general

The aroma of food fills the hallways, and then once you get to the source, it seemingly vanishes! Some of the in store employees are nice, the others. Well let's just say they don't wanna be there.

The mall in its self is nice and clean.but due to covid I noticed quite a few stores being closed which was kinda sad to see that.other than that my experience was good got what i came for went to the Vans store to get sum sneakers
also had lunch in the restaurant area.

Better prices than sneaker city and Laced up. Saves a trip to the mall also, located in downtown Albany. I gave a 5 star rating because of the accommodation they made for me but they don't have as much size availability as the stores in the mall

I'm not happy how there a rude surity lady workibg outside the apple store a few weeks ago and not happy u can't eat at food court they took tables away not happy u took benches out too very unfair

Crossgates mall is so ratchet. They have half the stores closed and the other half won’t even let a family of three go into the store at the same time. No wonder the mall is dying off

Everyone nows the mall I ordered from JCPennys some clothes and I got a email from them there ready for pickup I went to the designated spot only waited 10 minutes am going to order more

It was Valentine's day and it was crowded. The energy was explosive. The trampoline park was closed, but teens used the floor space to eat. The food court was full and tables were blocked off inbetween. An escape room type adventure park was open. It felt good to have a taste of how things will be in another year or less

So nice! Can find just about anything you need or want in the vast choices to shop.nice way to spend a day. Plenty of places to satisfy a hungry one.

Awesome Mall! Everything you need in one place! Great place to get out of the cold and get in some much needed exercise!

Good distancing, places kept clean. As far as visiting a mall during these times, each shop had good rules on making sure folks felt safe. Also after visiting and taking precautions, still SARS-COV2 negative.
