My stylist is always on point, listens to my concerns, makes recommendations. The staff is professional, kind and courteous. I cut and color every 6 weeks, I’ve had facials and pedicures, I’ve never had a bad experience and can’t recommend them highly enough!

I was hesitant to try yet another salon because it is so hard to find someone who knows how to cut curly hair, but Keri is just awesome!
Everyone is so nice and go out of their way to make you feel like a queen!

Going to Creative Hair Design is more than just getting your hair done, it's an amazing experience. Their hospitality is genuine, their knowledge of hair care, products and styles remain up to date. These women are organized and do excellent work. I love my stylist Kerri Taylor. She had me at "Hello" (Jerry McQuire joke). She has transformed my dull dark hair into a master piece. I have always wanted to have lighter hair and she delivered. My hair is healthy, vibrant and long. Thanka to Kerri and the rest of the team for doing your best work always.

My daughter was given a gift card from her dad for Xmas. We finally used it today. She wanted to replicate a cut she received from a salon in the mall that she adored. She chose the stylist who claimed she is a master stylist. Definitely is not! My daughter wanted a chin length cut with wispy layers. She got a chin cut one length with a slight front layer. She is heart broken. It’s nothing like what we asked for in anyway shape or form. I know personally what a master stylist can do and believe me I have gone to my childhood friend who is a master stylist and owns her own salon and I gave her a slight idea of what I was looking for without any pictures and she nailed it. THAT is a master stylist. Kaela I consider a junior stylist. Not only was it not close to what we asked for but they charged us almost twice the price. My kid is 12. They clearly have it stated that a wash cut and style for 12 and under is $25. No where does it explain that if your child’s hair is “thick” or they put “volume” in it does it then become an adult cut and the price goes up. Never ever mentioned it and when I made the appt I was clear she was 12 years old getting this cut. They completely scammed us. I will never ever step foot into this joke of a salon ever again in my life. Bunch of scam artists.

We were up from the city for a wedding and our hair stylist canceled last minute. I called creative hair design the morning of the wedding and they squeezed us in last minute and did a beautiful hair do! Kerriane was absolutely amazing, was able to replicate the design exactly as I envisioned it! Thank you for saving the day!

This was my Mother and My first visit. We absolutely loved our whole experience and already scheduled our next visit

The salon was quick to answer and was able to get me in very quickly for a hair appointment.
I was excited about that level of response, and customer service.

Unfortunately that excitement left while in the chair.
Im not too pleased with the outcome of my haircut.
I came with reference photos, explained what I wanted. The stylist made it seemshe understood what we were going for.
The end result looks nothing like any reference photos, and I have no idea what they did with my hair
My tapered V cut is a blunt straight cut, my dimensional layers are just two layers that you can very clearly see the “chop” like two different length curtains…, and my face framing is almost non existent.
I tried letting the stylist know while she was cutting, and I was told I never showed my reference photos.
I got scared and didn’t want them to keep chopping my hair off so I said it was ok and left. I proceeded to cry in my car because of how the haircut experience and end result was.
The stylist did hold a good conversation while cutting my hair which was nice, but not at the expense of distracting from my hair cut

I’m sure this salon has some great stylists and great experiences… unfortunately I did not receive that and will be looking for a new salon next time I feel comfortable getting my hair cut again.

Finally a terrific haircut after years of searching. I couldn't find the right person for years after moving to the area. Jenna took all my worries away. Thank you!
