My group and I had an amazing time thanks to coxsackie transport. The staff is so friendly. I would give 10 stars, if I could! Highly recommend.

Just wanted to say Thanks to you and all of the CTI Team. Your drivers are friendly efficient and super safe! You and the registration group are always so pleasant and accommodating. And your cars are always spotless and comfortable. We will definitely use CTI again.

This company is simply the Best always on time, if there's a problem they call but usually they're never is. Prompt and courteous drivers a pleasure to be with. Very clean vehicles and safe drivers. Highly recommended.

Our family & guests had reserved a two way ride weeks in advance for dinner (fully prepaid). After drop off, driver never showed back up to get us. Did not answer phone, text or email - we got completely stranded. Avoid this company at all costs, it is a scam.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They never showed up for a scheduled medical transport this morning and we were forced to use our unsafe car to drive 3 hours to Westchester from Athens! They never answered our repeated phone call attempts! My brother had an important procedure scheduled and this ride was booked weeks in advance. Shame on you Coxsackie Transport! How do you do this to people? !? ! I'd give zero stars if I could!

I am only giving them two stars because they were easy to communicate with leading up to our wedding. According to our guests, the driver refused to turn on the air conditioning and the gps was broken. They didn’t know where the reception was, even though we had obviously sent them the address leading up to the wedding. Thankfully a few guests who took the bus knew where to go and had to give the driver directions. Do not recommend.

Thank you to the Coxsackie Transport team for going above and beyond to shuttle our guests for our wedding! From our first conversation, the team was professional, organized, and ensured transportation went smoothly. The night of the wedding they remained excellent communicators and flexible to ensure all our guests arrived safely for a truly positive experience.

Awful! The minute we boarded the bus I texted my husband to say “the driver looks like a crackhead” hours later he proceeded to get lost in city and do a U turn illegally in the middle of the city, yelled at the chaperones for trying to help the driver Navigate (not their job it’s his), he then misses our exit tries to backup and hits another vehicle! We finally get on the road home and he’s waiving all over between lanes and we witness a car taking a video of his driving and giving him a sarcastic “thumbs up” after he nearly runs them out of their lane and into a barrier.

They dump people's rides on other transportation companies & don't even have the decency to call & tell you that they're not picking you up

They provide my son with transportation to his headstart program. I have no complaints and recommend their service.

We used Coxsackie Transport for our wedding. Overall, I would recommend as everything went off flawlessly at the wedding. I'm giving four stars only because of the planning process. They are very busy so it was sometimes hard to get in touch especially early on, however it's worth pushing through. We had a somewhat complicated request (3 shuttles from different venues there, and 2 shuttles back to different locations and different times) and they were able to get guests where they needed to be safely, on time and in comfort.

Going down towards exit 21b for coxsackie and car number 20 flew past me, I was doing 75. Merged with no blinker and damn near took my front bumper off. V this was after tailgating me for several miles. He had an older lady in his car. Is this the kind of reckless driver this company hires?

Driver turned left out of Albany meds lot. With a sign right in front that says ABSOLUTELY No Left Turns Allowed

I was driving and the Coxsackie transport driver went by me at 80 miles an hour on a double line around the curve I find that very dangerous and unprofessional.

I've been using them for medical transport for many years amd always have a great experience. Cars are always clean and run smoothly. Drivers are friendly and drive well.

I lost my phone on one of their busses and they couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating in helping get it back to me. Shuttle bus was clean and comfortable with a terrific driver.

I have Always. Used Coxsackie Transport when I could Not drive Myself. They Are always On time & attentive to my Needs.

Showed up with the wrong sized van for our wedding and was unable to transport our wedding party.
