Costco shopping is pleasant and rewarding as long as you plan your trip correctly. Avoid the height of the day and weekends, especially before the big holidays. My store has its own fuel pumps for customers and the prices are cheaper so I fill up first. My store also has a tire shop which offers free self serve air pumps so the car gets its tire check if needed. I have learned not to try parking too close to the entrance because thebtraffic is crazy there. The sides of the lot and further back works well for me and helps get my steps in.
A little planning is the key to success inside the store. I generally know what I need and get those things first while trying the free samples which might be offered. In the summer I get my refrigerated/ frozen items last. Yup- it is a few extra steps if I have to double back, but it isn't bad over all. I have learned from experience to avoid the center lines and to use the self serve check out!

Service has declined drastically. They harass you at the self checkout for having bulky items and treat you like a criminal if you have 2 carts, thinking you are steeling the membership. They tell you to go in the regular line after you have waited in the self checkout line. There are 3 people working at the self checkout line but they offer no assistance and want you to hi in the regular line. I spend a lot at Costco for my home and business, but don’t think they appreciate their members. The woman simply said you can cancell your membership if you don’t like it here. I won’t be spending my money here anymore.

Wide range of products. Delicious European choices. Quality meat. Pizza and hot dogs on site are affordable and well sized. I love going there. And, there is always some good surprise: clothing, accessories, pet care, glasses, etc. The staff is also AMAZING!

Used to be the only Costco I used to go to since it has a gas station. Now only go to it for the gas and emergency items.

This Costco is pretty good I’ll say the traffic is pretty busy. Can you find that items you need? Just be ready to wait online because it’s huge. There is a lot of parking but they’re all taken so be ready to wait.

What can you say? The best! Just avoid coming on weekends if you don't want to feel like in a JZ concert.

I always have a great experience in Pelham Costco's they are extremely efficient and the lines move very fast. Awesome place.

Went for the tire department in New Rochelle. Incompetent at best. Couldn't manage to get the lug nuts off to rotate the tires. Went in for a problem and they just wanted to rotate the tires and blamed the problem on the rims. Tire department in Yonkers Costco is so much better. Bought a set of tires today at another establishment, will NOT be getting tires again at Costco.

The store is great… cashiers are extremely rude! I thought it was a two time thing, but now every time I go to Costco the some staff members- cashiers and cashier helpers’ are always in a bad mood and treat the customers rudely! Please Costco, train your staff better customer service

My very first time at this Costco - Ne Rochelle location. From the outside looks very spacious with lots of parking. Unlucky for me some nasty bird with diarrhea decided to go at it all over my washed and waxed vehicle.

On the inside spacious but was overcrowded with only 4 registers open.

All in all a so so experience with some rude cashiers.

I love this store so so much! It has so many things to offer that my Uncle spends hours in there! All I gotta say is add more snacks and your good to go!

Some of the most disrespectful workers I’ve ever met asked him a question he told you to get away from them and back away they open up the business late then scream at you like your child will never shop here again I recommend no one shop at Costco’s again we are not cattle we are human beings we pay money for these memberships to be Like trash is unacceptable

Customer service is awful here! Wow the cashiers are so mean and talk to customers in the most disrespectful way. I rather drive to Yonkers or Harlem Costco where the customer service is better. I also rather pay triple at Stew Leonards or whole foods locally than deal with the nonsense at this store. Great products and pricing terrible staff and management!

Definitely switching my membership account to BJs. The New Rochelle Costco staff are absolutely terrible. They need to retrain or hire new employees because the customer service is bad. No need to bash customers and give bad attitudes. Without customers employees wouldn’t have a job. Doesn’t take much to be nice. Wow, just wow. Also, management is never available.

This place had terrible employee service. The employees see you hauling big items such as bed mattresses and won't bother to ask you if you need help. They just pretend that they didn't see you as well.

This Costco is definitely preferred. I've been to others in this area, Yonkers and Port Chester, they're great. The Costco in New Rochelle, will now be my go-to Costco. Super clean, just about everything was in stock. The staff was incredibly supportive and friendly, especially for an old guy like me. The checkout line moved super fast, even around a weekday afternoon rush hour, great Costco pricing and services. Lots of available parking. This Costco is right next door to a few other big box stores and near major highways, super close to the NYC border as well. Highly recommended from Professor Jan that you visit this as well as the other area Costco stores. The membership is worth everything! Thanks to all at Costco New Rochelle!
