Costco Wholesale

Long customer lines all the way outside. Didn't get the help I need even though I had a cake to pick up for 2 teenagers celebrating birthday. Thanks to a customer who help so the day wasn't ruin for them.

My experience in going to costco is alway a, pleasant trip i went early as they are open to avoid the rush. It very convenient to shop there

I enjoyed going to this Costco. It's usually not crowded. It is well organized. I like that everything is on one level.

This place is ridiculous. If 5 of you live in the house, it appears as if they want you to take out 5 membership cards. My mama was sick and I decided to grocery shop. The cashier refused to give me the groceries because she claimed that I don't look like the person on the card. Seriously

Sometimes the people who are helping at the payment machines serve reluctantly. Like angry and it shouldn't be like that.

I wished this was closer but good experience of sales variety, any time I get out there associates are helpful too.

I went with my cousin as a guest and did some shopping, up on checking
out using my cousin membership card, Manager name LEIGH (AFRICAN LADY) did not let me pay. She said I'm not supposed use my cousins card, I have to buy new membership card, she has been very rude to me in front of other customer. I felt like she has been racist to because I was asian! She don't deserve to be a branch manager!

Had a very bad experience recently. Manager Beverly had no respect to their customer. I drove all the way to shop their. Spent two hours to do the shopping. When I came to the register, they were like Card has to be under your name. They don’t accept household members to do the shopping for home. Never experience any other Costco like this before. If they recently changed the policy they should check the card at the entrance. They only target certain people to do this kind of harassment. They don’t do any courtesy to their customers. I wasted my 3 hours of my valuable time because of these idiots.

Costcos was great.lots of great prices love shopping there.

I love this place, I wish it was closer to where I live, but I still take the trip just to get there; prices are great, quality of fruits and vegetables are perfect, and they have some interesting goodies; especially during the holidays, I have no problem with returns; the service is great and the registers move very quickly so don’t mind the crowds.this is one of my very favorite places to shop

Love the store except for the rude managers randomely checking for ID and still decides to harass customers for no reason after everything checked out.

What's not to love about Costco? At this location, only one or two people man the return counter so there can be a considerable wait time if you need to return something. Also, the layout of the store creates a bottleneck at the checkout area - you must line up along two aisles only, and are able to see and fan out to available registers only at the very end. This used to create alot of cross traffic mayhem and 20 minute checkout times. However, since Covid, staff have been directing people to registers and practicing crowd control, making for a much more efficient and quicker checkout. Also, the addition of self serve registers is a huge improvement where lines are practically eliminated for those who chose this option. Good moves and I hope this store maintains the helpful checkout staff, at least during busy periods.

I do not shop at this location any longer; some cashiers are very rude and should be fired.but I guess not in this current "culture"! Also, they insist vehemently that you empty your shopping cart even though I have the bar codes turned up to enable quick scanning like I do and have been doing for countless years at the Westbury location.

Good deals and fun place to shop. I bought fresh produce and a empire kosher turkey at 2.79 a pound. Not a bad price. I also bought a for a present. I also.bought some clothes and pajamas

LOVE Costco’s! Amazing prices on everything, good quality clothing and always organized. Their membership is worth every penny! Also, where else can you get a delicious hot dog and 20oz.drink for less than $2! Only at Costco

Customer service line was extremely slow. Like 20 min waiting. Costco you need to treat your customers better than that.

The staff at Costco food court need an attitude adjustment. I have been coming here for over 20 years and I have never seen nonsense like I saw today. The card machine was inoperable at the food court counter unless it was debit and an announcement was yelled at customers to have exact change or get their change all in Pennies. There was quite a pile up at the counter and the staff seemed extremely overwhelmed.

Costco, Lawrence location has an employee by the name of "LEEAH", let me tell you that she's AMAZING, best customer service I've ever received anywhere from any Costco locations;period.
I misplaced my card and only had my ID with me, she went through all the work from looking up my membership number, matching it with my ID, downloading the Samsung app for me to pay, the entire workup without even saying "ugff". Because of her, I'll be coming to shop at this Costco location- with my card, of course.

This costco is always crowded I prefer costco in Riverhead the flow iui s much better there in summer they have fans.love costco meats vegetables are always fresh

Today was a good shopping day at this particular Costco. It had everything I wanted and I love the self checkout. Genius idea. Was on line less than 5 mins. I'll definitely go back.

The location in Five-Towns is clean, accessible & WAY better than trying to shop at that absolute NIGHTMARE-INDUCING MADHOUSE over on 3rd Ave.in Sunset Park, Brooklyn!

I called Costco today 10-12-2021 and asked the young lady who answered if Costco had toilet paper she put me on hold for 5 minutes and the phone disconnected. I called again and someone else answered. I explained to her I was out on hold and disconnected and all I wanted to know was DID COSTCO HAVE TOILET PAPER. She said NO! Scott toilet paper came in and is Sold Out. I said to her why couldn’t the other lady tell me that? She said she went to go check and said it Rudely. The workers at the Lawerence Store are Rude and need to learn phone Etiquette…

Costco is a great place to shop. Most of the employees are very helpful and pleasant. I love to be there early so I can get in and out.

Is very safe to shopping at Costco special at this time for the pandemic they have hand sanitizer before you go into the store thank you Costco for doing good job

I wouldn't recommend coming here to get your passport photos. The associate was very helpful however she took my photo that wasn't approved by the passport agency because it was too far away. I had to pay an additional $17 to get new pictures from a place nearby the passport agency.
