Love the tires here have them on my car i love them sooooo much so beautiful and good service the staff was amazing and positive and explained everything and even went a extra mile and gave me some water

I’m a Costco member, bought and installed my tires there; one tire had an issue and I returned to fix it. Somehow they were not happy about redoing the tire, my tire was fixed and installed I left and only later, I saw that they change one of my screws for one that’s garbage, rusted, instead the nice polished original part, and I believe it was on purpose.

They advertise a while-you-wait service but don’t have a waiting room so you just stand around for an hour or so.

The lady in memberships dept was very helpful in assisting me with my smartphone memberships.

Alex and his technicians were absolutely prompt, professional and personable.

I highly recommend this COSTCO Tire Center to anyone interested in purchasing and/or maintaining their vehicle’s tires

Make sure to make an appointment. Usually takes 1-2 hours to replace all the tires and then they text you.

Amazing service, I accidently bought the wrong tires online and the staff at this location were so accommodating and helpful to correct my mistake. Between Michael, Joe and Filip they all helped me throughout the process and were so kind, empathetic and professional. I am so happy with my new tires and will definitely come back for the future service/warranty issues (80K miles of warranty is out of this world). They treat women here with respect unlike other car related locations.

Brought my car in to check tires since one of them got flat over a week. William took a look at it and couldn’t find any issue. Upon my request, he took the tire out and checked the tire throughly again. And since he couldn’t find anything wrong with it, he (and the manager) gave me the repair fee back since there’s nothing to fix. This was my first time in Costco tire service and definitely i am coming back for all my tire related business.

Phenomenal customer service by William. The machine deflated my tire and he promptly assisted me while going above and beyond. He asked me to park near the tire center and added air himself. Even offered to do it for my other tires. William is an asset to this organization and has without a doubt earned my business.

Michael and Alexis were very helpful and helped my daughters bike tires to be filled. They even fixed the trainer wheels. We are very happy with their service

I had a 10 o'clock appt, the supervisor asked among those of us waiting who had 10 o'clock appt and commenced my service. Costco provided thorough service. There is need for an employee to be at the front desk at all times. Costco cut too much cost out of this department. To reach the Tire Center I called a few times over 2 days to reach the Tire Center, no one answered This is a chronic problem. I called the warehouse number, spoke to someone in Administration, told that person that I could not reach the Tire Center. The person asked for my number and said someone from the Tire Center will call in 10 mins because he had to walk over. Tire Center call was more like 20 mins later. This day was bright and sunny. What would the result if it were winter or inclement weather. I also heard of an employee error: my lug nuts billed to another customer. This was corrected.

Great service. Took about one hour to install tires and the mechanic discussed Costco’s warranty on detail. Highly recommend coming here for installing tires.

Had ordered winter tires from the website and got there early for a walk in installation. This was my first time after living in queens for over 20 years that I went to Costco to install tires on my car. Normally I use the local shop around the corner. I was pleasantly surprised by the wonderful customer service from Zachary, William and Wilson! I got there at 10am and was out before 11am (I was still checking out at Costco when they called). It was amazing service. I was surprised to learn that Costco covers rotation, balance, will refill tire pressure as part of buying tires from them. Look forward to returning when I put on all seasons in May.

If you need a set of 4 tires, Costco is the place. Sometimes they run a buy 4 and get one free, as I bought a set of Bridgestones I currently ride. Then pay for tire protection/rotation plan. A great deal. Flats fixed for N/C and free rotation every 6-7000 miles. They always take care of me. Great bargain I say.

Filip in the tire center was fantastic. I drove further to this Costco looking for a specific battery because my local Costco was out of stock. While I was paying for my battery, I asked a few questions about the Costco's tire installation policies, special order procedures, and TPMS on spare set of wheels. He took his time to answer my questions.

I was extremely happy with customer service until they didn't call me when my vehicle was done. My car sat for 50min until I came for here. Why take my number n tell me u will call when complete. Other than that, a decent experience.

Everyone is so helpful and accommodating. Joe ordered tires for my car. He was very patient and paid attention to details and my concerns. All those gentlemen are a pleasure to talk to.

I recommend that Costco put some benches along the outside of the tire center for those of us waiting for service, since we can no longer sit and wait in the food court.

I love Costco, but this was the worst Costco store. I walked around the huge store twice could not find a worker to ask if they carry a certain item. I had my aunt with her walker, so I finally went to Customer Service they had several long lines, all 4 reps ignored me. Finally someone answered my question. Nope i won't go back, nope twice! My Auntie did enjoy her hot dog at the food court.

Bought some tires online but followed great advice from Joe who recommended different tires that would ride smoother and they ended up being cheaper. Service was done in an hour and a half as promised even though they were busy. Joe even took the time to help fill our spare tire with air. Well Joe was right - the ride is smooth. My first tires purchase at Costco but very happy

The tire center and its employees do good work on the install, balancing, checks and rotations but they are short-staffed. I have waited on the phone on hold for over an hour in the last two days. Any customer of any service would agree that being put on hold for longer than a few minutes is extremely frustrating. Please, Costco, address this issue.

Good service. Knowledgeable staff. Usually quick. When on sale, prices are as good as the mail order places, but without hassle of finding an installer.
Only negative is relative lack of selection and frequent out-of-stock issues.

I'm always really impressed by the service provide by the team here, especially Filip. We have been here two or three times for different tire issues, and each time the service has been fast, attentive and courteous. Even though the tire range maybe limited, the care they provide is pretty comprehensive. I wouldn't go anywhere else for tire issues

I've been buying Michelin tires for 25 years. One of the better features, Nitrogen inflation, every 7,500 mile you go back for rotation and balancing

Our first time in costco tire center was really good. The team is very knowledgeable and answer all our qauestions and concerns that we had. They also give us extra information on our car and what we needed to do.

The email told me it had arrived and this morning I called to confirm it had arrived, but I drove 2 hours to get here and told me my order had not arrived! What a bad day! I wasted 4 hours!

Great service the guys there help you understand why you need to change your tires and keep them rotated.

Good neighborhood grocery shopping store and tire stores for your car in one section you can do your grocery shopping and get your tires installed at the same time. SID

Just went today after I made an appointment. Was greeted by Zack at the front and he helped me out with the process. Great customer service from him, and he really made it easy and a convenient process. I also had a request to keep one of the tires they were changing and he went ahead and had all that done for me! Amazing work by the Costco team and Zach's customer service! I'll definitely be back because of him for my other cars tires. Thanks Zack!

It's easy to have your tire pressure checked and/or have your tires rotated while you shop. Advise you to make an appointment online to make your life easier

Excellent service. Unlike most car mechanics Costco tire center service man never pressured. The young man was extremely professional and answered all my questions. I’d highly recommend this location.

Super easy and fast process. You buy it online on costco, then schedule appointment. I was out in less then an hour on a Saturday. Staff is also super friendly. This will be my only stop for tires from now on.

They're just nice when you buy and install the tire but after that they make you feel that they dont want to do the free tire rotation anymore. I brought the car for the rotation after I spend more than a tounsand dollars fo 4 tires. They told me I dont have to make appointment for a rotaion. When I arrived there are only 1 car ahead from me but they refuse to rotate the tire beacause they I need an appointment. Such a waste of time. Never again.

They broke a piece to my car that I now have to go to the dealership to replace. It was supposed to take 1 hour to install my tires, It took 2 1/2. Finally got my car and my tan leather seats had car oil all over them and the pillow that I had in the back seat was on the floor- why were they in the back seat? They’re cheap but they’re amateurs there. I’m only going back so they can reimburse me for the piece they broke. Annoyed.

I went to this tire center to get my tire replace from recommendation of Michelin tires company, a alignment center I seen earlier that day and my car mechanic. I only went here because it was close by. Instead of replacing my tires, one of the employees only look at my car in the parking lot and said it was not the wheels, it must be something else and they cannot replace my tires. He stated it must be this or that part. And all of the possible causes that he mention I had actually had recently evaluated and replaced when I went to my mechanic earlier this month. The level of laziness is extremely unprofessional. All they had to do was replace my tires and if there was any problems just look for it and show it to me instead of assuming something is wrong or need to be replace without checking. Do not waste your time going here. I went to Mavis discount tire and they replace them without a problem.

I purchased my tires off Costco.com. It gives you the option to pickup the tires or to pick a Costco Tire service center. Once you pick your service center it takes you to a separate page where you can schedule your appointment online.
I received an email my tires were ready for pickup 3/4 days after ordering them. I could have called or gone online to move my installation appointment up, but it wasn't necessary.
Two days before my appointment I received a reminder via email, then a text reminder the day before.
I showed up 10 mins late for my appointment, but no one made a fuss. Latrell, checked me in expeditiously, asked for my name, order number, and car key. They pulled my car into the service center and told me it wouldn't be more than a hour to come back for it. There's a really cute sculpture garden next door, so I hung out in there and forgot about my car. Michael (I think that was his name) called me and let me know my car was ready.
I was greeted by Latrell upon pickup, he explained my warranty information, confirmed that nitrogen air was put into the tires and if I ever use regular air they'll correct that on a tire service.

Overall great and easy experience. Happy I chose Costco and this location to replace my tires.

This costco tire center ripped the center cap off the wheel tearing the plastic and bending the center cap. They then put it back on and told me they didn't do it.

I spoke to the manager he stated someone probably tried to steal the center cap cover. (In Costco's busy parking lot this morning? !)

Horrible service and lack of integrity. Don't go here. I would attach a picture if I could. They were absolutely barbaric. Would give zero stars if I could.

This is the only place I bring my car into for tires! I've dealt with both Latrell & Filip and they're both knowledgeable and very customer service oriented. Costco, these guys are pros! There can sometimes be lines, but that's to be expected.it's Costco after all!

Limited tire selection. Busy, seemingly overwhelmed staff. Listen up Costco Regional management - How about allowing customers to buy their preferred tires (e.g. Goodyear) on Costco website and having them delivered to Costco install centers. Price them with an appropriate margin and double or triple your tire center sales or profits. You are tasked with profitability and customer satisfaction aren't you or is that just market hype for your shareholders?

1. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. EVER! SO I WENT THERE.
2. GO THERE AND THEY IGNORE YOU WITHOUT AN APPT WHICH YOU CANT MAKE CAUSE THEY DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE
3. TIRES DEPT IS THE ONLY ACNE SORE ON AN OTHERWISE BLEMISH FREE COSTCO WAREHOUSE EXPERIENCE.

I ordered my tires online. It took a week to arrive. I went out the next morning and they installed them in about an hour and a half. Everything went very smooth. No problems.

I bought tires from Costco because they have good prices and warranty, but these guys never pick up the phone. If you take out the time to go there you will be told to wait for hours or go back make an Appointment and then then come back. Really bad service.
