Having a technician film a video that walks the client through all of the work performed and includes recommendations, where they actually show you a worn part or whatever reason they recommend service, makes all the difference. The convenience of being able to add or reject additional service via text is awesome as well. Just a really great communication system that more dealerships should utilize.

Edit: after going back several times, everything I liked about this place stopped. No more videos all of a sudden, which was a strange coincidence since they were "having problems completing the work. " The result was $300 for a seasonal tire swap. They also failed my inspection for a very slightly damaged passenger side wiper blade that was $50 to replace if I wanted to leave with an inspection sticker on my car. THIS PLACE WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU. AVOID.

Cooley Mazda Service Department is awesome super quick service without the pushy sales! Definitely top notch!

They took my car on time, gave me an estimate for the time the job would take, and my car was ready at that time. They kept me updated via links texted to me, suggested that there was a recall item they could handle, and even suggested changing my oil, even though that service was free for me.

This was the best experience buying a car. We had a morning appointment to have our trade in valued and by evening we drove out with our new vehicle.
