Converse Flagship Store

Very great store, I bought several shoes there that I would never have gotten at home:) Super nice staff Cat Tasika was responsible for me and always ordered the shoes for me from the basement. Thank you very much, I have never been to such a friendly shoe store. I can highly recommend:)

I arrived at 15 mins before closing. Was attempting to buy a homeless man shoes who didn’t have any. The doorman said you were closed. I told him I just needed a 12.5 any color for the homeless man and he shrugged and turned away. I called the store, was put on hold then told you were closed. All happened before advertised 8pm closing time. And took longer than the task of helping me help someone. What’s up with that?

Very disappointing.
I was expecting a much bigger variety on shoes. And the colors they had were very limited in sizes.
Not worth the stop; you're better off to buy on the homepage.

It was nice experience here, Big branch and they have a good collection.

Little busy place

Very disappointed with the store. Referring to it as the Converse Flagship Store, I figured it would have a large selection. Unfortunately, it was very limited. Some of the ugliest shoes I've ever laid eyes on as well. I think Zumiez has a bigger Converse selection. The store did have another floor, but it was closed off. Going back and reading reviews now, it seems that it has been closed off for a while. I would skip the flagship store and just go to a regular Converse or another store that carries the brand.

A return was not credited properly back to my credit card. I spent 30 minutes trying to get the purchase price refunded with the result being I have to wait 3 business days for an email to complete an investigation! We are talking about $8.00 but it’s the principle of the point to handle a transaction correctly. OMG

Decent product but customer service very disappointing. Waited at least 5 mins to be attended to only to be asked what's up with all the attitude as if I was bothering the server. Not impressed at all

We were looking forward to going to this store, unfortunately we were very disappointed.
We had the objective of buying 3 pairs, I tried to seek advice from a saleswoman, who too busy discussing with her colleague told me that all the pairs and all the sizes were radius, with a look icy and a very unsympathetic tone.
So I followed his recommendations and started wearing converse shoes, what a mistake! Her colleague directs towards me, tears me (there are no other words) the pair of hands by shouting at me, I understand then that I had no right to try the pairs in exhibition, still would have to he know! She returns with her colleague and a priori she found it very funny.
I left, disappointed, a real lack of respect!
For information, I was in the children's department (I have small feet), Saturday April 22.
Disgusted with the brand. Think about reviewing the behavior of your saleswomen, it's a reflection of your brand!

Today we waited 40min for a pair of shoes. It's sad, I've rarely seen that. A seller with a green sweater gives us the wrong pair 4 times and dares to say that we told him these pairs. Frankly, it's a terrible service.

Sorry, not much of a flagship here. Didn't find anything special and the Chuck Taylor were sold out in most common sizes.

The selection could be better but it was an overall good visit. About a 5min wait for shoes and checkout was a breeze. Plus they have a 10% military discount so that took a nice chunk off of my total.

Cool space, but I've never seen so many employees just standing around not helping anyone. Left after being ignored for several minutes. There were more staff than customers, so no excuses.

As a fan, I was sadly disappointed.
Small, chaotic, uncomfortable.
You don't have to go here to buy classic models

Super bad service
Make us wait for more than 10 mind for a pair of shoes… one of the server did not want to talk to me, potential racist… and they forgot twice which shoes i requested… terrible experience

They’re so helpful here. It was amazing. They have customization as well. I will be checking that out next time.

If you’re visiting New York take an hour to shop at the Converse Flagship store in Soho. Nice models and cool staff. Customizable shoes service available over there

Helpful staff and a good selection of all things Converse. I didn't purchase anything but my friends did. The staff seemed to take their time with them, measuring their feet and finding the correct size.

Understaffed and without solid management. No clear process for getting shoes to customers. We gave up after following the barking orders from the staff and being ignored for 30 minutes.

I was in SoHo today with family to explore and shop. We walked into the Converse store for a few minutes. This a large store lots of modern and older style converse shoes.

Be prepared for chaos and long waits if you want to try on a shoe. We waited 20 minutes for my daughter's shoe and the lady helping us left for break and didn't hand off the case. Cool shoes though

All the sales associates were so friendly and helpful. I was able to exchange my online order with no issues and in a timely fashion.

A wide variety of footwear and clothing, as well as friendly and efficient service. The store is located a few steps from a train station.

The person who helped me was very knowledgeable and approachable, and checked on a particular size and color for me.

They might've taken advantage of how hurried I was. I was already home when I noticed some of the thread on the side of the shoe coming out. I was able to cut that off with a nail clipper, no big.

Then I checked the bottom sole, and the front part which was black was scuffed in a few places. Did they switch out the display shoe while I wasn't looking? The other shoe was in perfect condition, probably right from the box.

Be more vigilant than I was. I probably won't be back.

Possibility of personalizing your Converses on the sides, eyelets, laces. Great drawings and also colored text.
I can't wait for Monday.

Busy, a lot on display but didn't mean you could actually get them in your size/color. Very busy!

Friendly & knowledgeable salespeople; unfortunately stock is limited but the salespeople understand folks going in just to try on for fit & they don't try to sell you on something else.
