This was me and my son's first time ever coming to a skiing resort and I can not express how much fun we both had. Especially on the little tubers. He loved it. He had so much fun! Such a cute little town.

The hotel is not that big and has the bare minimum, very basic if you are happy with it it's fine, certainly the location is its strong point between 38th and 39th street, in a few minutes you can reach Times Square.

Situated in midtown Manhattan. This is a delightful hotel, staff are attentive and polite. Rooms are good in size cleaned every day, bathrooms area stands out, and it helps that they use products from the Byredo range. Definitely thumbs

No parking. No street parking. Parking lot next door overcharges. Hotel rooms are nice and the common areas are really cool. Even if you prepay for your room, the hotel still charged a service fee. For what? And customer service did not explain or fix this...

The location was nice, rooms were nice, but when I came down to switch rooms as they said was necessary Areanna was extremely short and rude at the front desk. She immediately shut me down when asking questions and was very hard to deal with. Thanks

Clean but bathroom had an overpowering mold odor. No hair conditioner in room and no complimentary toothpaste available from front desk if it was needed.

Do not stay here! If you want super thin walls, extremely rude management, and an over priced bar then this is the place for you. Oh and don’t listen to your iPad above 30% volume after midnight or they will harass you. Not to mention the rooms are...
