DO NOT COME HERE. I went earlier today for a cut and she absolutely butchered it. I’ve come here for years and today was my last time. She went around my head and just chopped. My layers are inches from each other and she didn’t even part my hair how it’s usually parted. My longest layer is at my waist and my shortest is at my shoulders. She also cut way more than I asked for. She didn’t even try when she cut my bangs. All she did was grab and chop. No angle cut or anything. She even missed a whole chunk of my bangs. I’m devastated. I have engagement pictures coming up and now I don’t know what to do.

Hairstylists are always rushing to the point where they rip my hair out with the buzzer and they cut themselves. They do not pay attention to what the client wants and just cuts wherever leaving me with a bad cut.

The young lady didn’t even put any product in my hair after she washed it! Not sure if conditioner was put in! Other then that the price is excellent!

Only $7 (for men and boys). No fancy blow dryers but you will get haircut as good as what you get at $30 salon.

They do men's cuts all day every day, and you don't know how to do a fade? You literally shaved it to skin all the way up to the hard line I wanted.

I did with Stephane and My hair was so bad she doesn’t even know how to do a normal hair dryer and even a normal straightening to my hair and i paid $20 literally for NOTHING

The guy was in a foul mood today 1/7/23.
I have never been treated like this before by anyone cutting my hair. Rude, abrupt and didn't say anything when I thanked him and tipped him 5 bucks. I have gone there for years but he can keep that attitude to himself. You lost a long term customer. And you were so angry that you nicked me on the right side more than once! I don't know what is bugging him but not my problem. I'm done with this place.

I've been going here for 10 years. Cannot beat the price, and friendly staff. I cant imagine going anywhere else.

You get a hair cut for $7. Yes - I did not believe this but this is the cost they take and wait times also very well managed!

Simply an amazing experience overall. Very skilled hairdressers, and they are extremely nice. I constantly get my hair cut there, and occasionally dyed, and I have never had a problem. Reasonable prices and overall 10/10, would recommend.

I have been going to Concepts in Hair for years for my haircuts. Every single one of your employees are wonderful and friendly. Every employee does great haircuts. I never have to worry about seeing somebody different each haircut because it always comes out great!

I've never been to a salon before, and my mother had severely messed up my hair with uneven chunks everywhere! The woman who cut it was very friendly yet professional and she saved my length! It was a very good experience!
