As a small business owner, it’s imperative that I’m feeling my best. When I hurt my back and couldn’t even stand, I was so grateful for the AMAZING doctors at CCC that were able to see me daily until my back was feeling good again.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Greg for over a decade, but when he joined CCC, it elevated my chiropractic experience. The office staff is always so accommodating and kind. The fact that on Dr. Greg’s day off I can see any of the other doctors and know I’m in great hands is priceless. And let’s not forget how Daisy the office support dog calms my nerves and makes me feel at home.
Complete Care is truly an amazing business that I would highly recommend to anyone that cares about their well-being.

I have been seeing Chiah for massage for months now and I have never felt better. She's intuitive but asks questions to make sure she is giving you the best experience. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Every one who works here is absolutely amazing, from the front desk to the doctors to Daisy! I have been coming for chiropractic care for years, they were recommend to me and I am recommending them to you!

Dr Niccole and the other doctors at CCC are the only reason I can still walk. The PATIENT is their primary focus which, sadly, seems to be difficult to find in the medical field now. Every staff member I've had the pleasure of interacting with (and it's almost all of them!) are genuinely interested in your well-being and the front desk staff never fail to make my day brighter. I've been seeing Dr Niccole since- well, since she became a doctor! And I can't recommend her, and the other professionals at Complete Care Chiropractic, highly enough. They are the gold standard by which I judge every other medical facility and none have ever come close to their superior level of care.

I have been visiting this office for well over a year now for extreme pain to my neck and lower back. I received chiropractic services and message therapy. I can honestly say that I've always been very happy with the quality of care from Jamie the Message Therapist and Dr. Greg the Chiropractor. Typically will tip Jamie for his wonderful service. I don't think tipping a Dr is appropriate otherwise I would. Very nice, professional people. My biggest issue has always been the distance. I'm coming from Downtown and they're in Williamsville. Also I have been memory issues so I forget a great deal of the things including my appointments. I questioned the office staff in regards to any additional fees or charges for missed appointments and they've happily advised me with a smile " Oh we never charge for missed appointments. " Well that's great I said because between the distance which they were made aware of on occasions I was running close to appt time and forgetting to go I thought gee I couldn't ask for a better office Right? Not the case. So lately I've been seeing a Cardiologist which really has me in a funk so naturally my mind is on that. Plus I'm in a lot of pain daily. Hello, this office should be well aware that people in great pain have difficulty focusing. Their in pain. Missed 2 appointments and now I can't go back unless I pay $30.00. I can't even get a medical script to see a new Chiropractor at a closer location to my home unless I pay $30.00. Not Nice. Well wait a minute. Why? You told me back before 2x happily that you never charge for missed appointments and now you want $30.00 before I can come back there and before you'll write me a script for another Message Therapist or Chripractor closer.after I've been coming there for over a Year! Seems pretty controlling, unprofessional, and frankly doesn't make sense. I don't want to be penalized for having aging memory issues which apparently is happening here, while I'm dealing with cardiac issues. Listen I was writing it down, putting appts in my phone, telling people the day of about the appointment and still forgetting. The front desk women um let's see Angie and others were made well aware of all this and the memory disease on several occasions. I expect this business and the front office staff to stand by their word. You know the " Oh.well.we never charge for missed appointments. " happily. Which is not what is happening here. And to be honest isn't that illegal? This is under my No Fault insurance and I have regular Health Insurance. I'm coming here for medical treatment. Hmm. Totally disappointed.

They are caring and knowledgeable, and solved problems other chiropractors weren't able to.

I have been a patient here for the past 2 years now & I can’t imagine ever going anywhere else! Dr. Julia has multiple times over helped alleviate and eradicate my intercostal muscle spasms, shoulder tension, and sciatic issues. She’s extremely professional, kind and easy going and I honestly couldn’t be more glad to have found her & the company as a whole. The front desk staff are so friendly, and really make you feel so comfortable and welcome. In addition, Chiah has been an absolute pleasure. I have seen her multiple times for massage work now and plan to continue to book with her. The relief I have gotten after my massages with her have lasted weeks. I can’t say enough great things about this place and the staff!

I am so grateful for the amazing team at Complete Care Chiropractic! I started seeing Dr. Greg for pain in my shoulder and tingling in my arms. He diagnosed the problem and set me up with a treatment plan which had me feeling better in just a few visits! Dr. Greg recommended that I treat for massage with their LMT in the office and it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! Jamie, LMT, suggested cupping on my shoulder, which I was naturally apprehensive to at first, but he made the experience super comfortable. I am SO glad that he suggested it because it was the turning point in my healing. I had relief for WEEKS after the massage!
The entire staff is extremely knowledgeable and work great as a team. The front desk staff is super nice and pleasant to talk to as well! I appreciate how well they do to get me an appointment when I need it, even in a pinch. I have seen other doctors in the office when my availability has been slim, and I have received great care each time.
When I began having pain in my feet from plantar fibromas, Dr. Julia recommended the Graston Technique to treat it, and I experienced relief literally immediately- it was so amazing. She is a very skilled doctor also, and a super sweet woman! The office’s environment is highly welcoming and I look forward to each time I visit there. I appreciate the convenient availability including late evenings and weekends too! Definitely highly recommended!

The office suite and staff is very professional. The attention to detail is amazing from the electronic sign-in to being walked to your room and the checkout process. I like that there are 2 message therapists on staff that are integral to the office. I highly recommend.

My wife has been going for close to a year due to severe TMJ. Their use of both the Graston technique and laser light therapy has definitely helped, along with traditional regular adjustments.

I have used many different healing modalities including physical therapy for 16 weeks for my extreme neck and should pain and was not able to get my pain level down. After realizing my pain was generated from my TMJ, And my PT was not able to help with that. I did a Google search of TMJ chiropractic in the area and Complete Chiropractor Care came up. I watched the video by Dr. Nicole about TMJ and she explained all the pain associated with TMJ, which was everything I was experiencing and I knew I needed to book an appointment. I started treatment with Dr. Nicole and after a few treatments, I could feel a shift in my jaw and neck. Now after several weeks my pain is greatly reduced and my mobility has improved by about 80 percent. The choice to come here was the best thing I have done for healing my jaw, neck and shoulders. It really was the piece to the puzzle that was missing to allow healing. I am so blessed I found Dr. Nicole and the entire team here treats you like family and is so warm and welcoming.

This office is always so welcoming, friendly and pleasant to visit! I started seeing Dr Will and Dr Julia almost 2 years ago for a bad case of sciatica symptoms. Both are incredible doctors and have really great techniques. I'm happy to report that they were both able to help me get relief from the symptoms and I no longer have any sciatica pain. I mainly see Dr Will now, I find that his technique works great for me. I have a very active job and mainly see him for maintenance and when my neck or low back tighten up. Dr Will keeps me going and I am really grateful I was able to find this office. You can tell that everyone at the practice really cares about your health and well being. Great job to everyone at CCC!

We went to see Dr Nicole for the treatment of my son’s knee. Very pleasant, skilled and professional chiropractor. Needless to say my son is is in good hands and is improving by day. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough about the team at Complete Care Chiropractic! I have been to a number of different specialists over the years from physical therapists and chiropractors to massage therapists. I never had a bad experience, but I never really felt like I found someone who could truly get to the root of my problems. Then I was lucky enough to get an appt with Dr. Will at Complete Care!

When I made the appt I had been dealing with a long term shoulder issue that wasn’t able to be fully addressed by my last round of PT, honestly I was starting to think it would be something I would deal with forever. It escalated into a severe stiff neck, which is why I decided to try a new Chiro, assuming I needed an adjustment of some sort.

In the first few minutes of my appointment, Dr. Will had performed a pretty thorough evaluation and was incredibly confident in his diagnosis. I was optimistic, but cautious because he advised if we didn’t see progress in a week or two that I may need to see an Ortho Specialist.

Within 2 weeks I had seen such incredible improvement, I was ecstatic. Dr Will is incredibly knowledgeable and skilled. His use of chiropractic adjustments, graston and deep tissue work did the trick. He was even able to adjust my neck, I’ve NEVER been able to relax enough to let anyone crack my neck, it always freaked me out. I’m thrilled that after just a few months I’m back at the gym using heavier weights than I thought I’d ever be able to do again.

I’ve been so happy with my experience that I give out Complete Care Chiropractic’s details every chance I get. I can’t finish this review without pointing out that the team that runs the front desk is pretty fantastic too! They are always so pleasant and welcoming, including Daisy, their therapy dog. All in all, it’s just a really great team over there!

I have been seeing Chiropractors since I was 7.im 40 now and this office has been the greatest DrWill is magical! The receptionists are friendly and knowledgeable. The customer service is top knotch and the Doctors are amazing!

I have had my son with Dr. Will for constipation as a 6 month old. And I myself have been seeing Dr. Pat for migraines for a month now. Dr. Pat is one of the kindest most genuine doctors I have seen. He takes the time to explain what he’s doing and doesn’t just crack you and send you off. He has exceeded my expectations for a chiropractor. Also, the staff there are phenomenal. They’re super friendly and kind.

I just love the availability and the pleasant staff. I have been going for over a year with Dr. Will. Leave with relief and few days later back to normal! I also do the massages there and having both done same day I get amazing results!

We started bringing our 8 month old daughter to dr. Will last month after she was diagnosed with epilepsy. I cannot say enough good things about Dr.will and his compassion when he is helping our baby. Every time we see him he really takes his time with us and answers our repeated questions and doesn’t rush to move onto the next. We are so thankful we found this office.

TMJ ISSUES - Dr Niccole was recommended to me by a friend when I started having issues with TMJ. I called on a Monday morning to inquire about an appointment and was able to be seen that afternoon! After months of pain and discomfort, I left my very first appointment feeling so much better! Dr. Niccole worked with me on a treatment plan and each appointment I felt even better and better. I only wish the practice accepted insurance! Costs started adding up so I wasn't able to continue there but I hope to go back in the future because the care, doctor and staff are all amazing there!
