Beware of the shady work or should I say NON-work. I bought a new X5 from another dealer but came here for the service (oil/filter change) that was covered under warranty. I came religiously when service was due. As soon as the mileage was past warranty coverage I went to our mechanic for maintenance. He asked me if I ever changed the filters because they were filthy and the year on the filter was the year of my car which was 3 years prior to the date! He showed me the filter and it was beyond dirty! Very disturbing. Consumer beware.

Dropped off my 2018 X3 the night before for a Brake Fluid Service and Oil Change and Jacqueline Ruggiero my Service Advisor was highly recommended to me by my coworker and now I know why. Jacqueline handled my night drop within a few hours the following morning and kept me updated throughout my service by text and was extremely helpful when I called her with a few questions on maintaining my X3. Thank you again Jacqueline for a great service experience at Competition BMW of Smithtown.
