Crowded due to the holidays but only two rest rooms which were unisex. Line was longer for the bathroom than the checkout.

Didn't have any of their advertised specials even 2 nd day of sale. Very poor to attract people in with false sales. Obviously who ever is in charge of inventory needs to pay attention to upcoming flyers

Absolute wonderful place and excellent service. I bought some anime merchandise and emo band shirts and they were top quality. Definitely makes the edgy 15 year old me come out again. Definitely recommend it for all those emos out there.

Seriously disappointed. My husband was bypassed by several employees waiting by the chicks to purchase some, then was told by one employee he’d be helped shortly. He waited a total of 25 minutes, became very frustrated and left.

Wahooo this place full of pedestrians the Americans always have a smile with the tourists, they listen to you tell you when to find a place etc.

Just a bunch of trash. Although I guess other people's trash is other people's treasure. Nothing was worth getting there. I assume all of the tourists are enjoying the opportunity to get pictures of the Brooklyn Bridge in the background.
