I love coming to this service center. Lewis is the greatest advisor and gets straight to the point all by getting to know you. I really recommend coming here for your car services. Ask for Lewis he's the best.

Worst service ever, I keep calling and they never answer the phone. Only one time someone answers, put me on hold and never answer back.

Bad customer service, I tried to solve a problem that they caused to my car and no one stood up to me, the manager there was always in a bad mood with a very strange and unpleasant appearance; The guys at the front are very good. I do not recommend to anybody.

BEWARE! I must say this has been the worst dealership I have encountered. On November 14,2023 I went to attempted to trade in my vehicle with a sales associate name Natalie, my time was wasted. I was looking for a Toyota RAV4/Hybrid Xle this dealership tried to sale me a whole different car to what I explained what I wanted. When I got to city world I waited about 40 min to test drive the vehicle, I was about to walk out.other sales associate were talking negatively about other Co-workers.so unprofessional! Moving forward, when I was test driving it was a whole different vehicle from what she had showed me on text messages. She stated the car she was going to show me, she sold it to someone else. I stated I wanted to purchase what she had shown me prior, so then it was agreed to do paper work and she would get the car within the week and can start the paperwork.so then we started with the negotiation process, they wanted a 4+k down payment for almost a $700 car note. I stated that I cannot put down $4000+ So we went with the back-and-forth then her manager came and tried to persuade me to use what is called DTAP It’s like a loan with zero APR up to six months which I can eventually pay the down payment but then they wanted a copy of my medical insurance card I was a bit confused But the manager stated that it would be a discount I never heard of such thing but. I went with it to see how far it would go I didn’t make a deal because they try to pressure you and won’t budget to help you Once they saw I was not giving in their demeanor completely changed. I personally did not feel comfortable so went to another Toyota and got what I wanted for a very low down payment and the car note that I wanted with the vehicle that I wanted.

It was ok took long for inspection got there at 8: 30 appointment for 9 left @ a quarter to 12 people that got there after me left before me didn't understand that

I have done business with Julissa Taveras, Service Advisor, for many years.
I’m completely impressed with her professionalism, mannerism, and she’s extremely knowledgeable. She has shown outstanding customer service. Julissa explains each job in detail, and also shows great pride in her work.

Happy Raining Friday, today the sunshine came out as I entered City World Toyota Service Center. From the greetings / good morning that I received from one of the twin brothers that work there tagging cars in, sometimes I get them confused. But they are always welcoming, to the exceptional service from the customer service representative Julissa, she took her time to listen what my needs were, and to best resolve them. I have brought my two FJ Cruiser from City World Boston Road. The Team from Sales To Service know how to treat people. Thank you Julissa for your attention and knowledge of all service and parts. Just fire everyone in this place. Worst attitudes when they answer phones. Which is a miracle when they actually do! But majority of the time they never answer the phone or emails. I’m never buying another Toyota because of this.

The front desk staff are professional and courteous. I can't say the same thing for the back area. The sales people treat the area like a hangout. They are loud and use vulgar language all while customers are waiting for their cars being serviced. They behave as if the customers do not exist. When you have to wear headphones to drown out the noise of the employees, that says a lot. The cashier is stone faced and talking on her cell phone while handling your paperwork and not making eye contact. They all need customer service training.

Not fully satisfied with this place. Went in for a recall but they didn't have the part. Now I have to wait for the part to be ordered and go back again. Wish they had told me this when appt.was made. Wasted 2-3 hours just sitting there.

I came into City Toyota located at Boston road, NY on 10/11/23 after making a service appointment. I noticed that there was a pile of water in my car the day prior. When I went to Toyota I explained the issue. And showed the video of the water that was in my car. Also when I brought my car in they also observed there to be more water in the front of the car passenger side. I was told that they will look at the car and find out what was the issue. While I was waiting Lewis Delacruz came to me asking if the car was ever in an accident. I was shocked because there was never an accident with the car as I made a year August 23 with this car. Brand new 2022 rav4. Then while I waited, I was then told that the issue was now due to debris getting into the vents of the car. Which caused the AC water to leak into the car. This was a surprise to me as when I came into the service room I was immediately told by a worker that this is an ongoing issue with 2021 and 2022 rav4s and there have been many cars that came in with the issue. Now I’m confused! Why was I asked about an accident if the result stated that it was caused by debris! I was told to clean out the debris would cost $880! Which did not include the nearly $300 for the diagnostic! This was very disappointing as I literally just bought the car the year before and thought Toyota warranty would cover or atleast have some regards as this issue was clearly caused by natural causes. I called Toyota warranty/corporate and was told to pay the diagnostic and then leave to go to another Toyota for a second opinion without there being a guarantee that I would not have to pay for another diagnostic! When Toyota wanted to speak to the manager of this location Jason Vasquez he had an attitude as he refused to give eye contact to acknowledge me and also I appeared to be bothering him! He also hesitated to take the phone when I told him that Toyota corporate asked to speak to him. When I left Toyota with my car to get a second opinion they left everything they had pulled out from my car, underneath the passenger thrown down in my car front. Nothing was put back! I went and the second option told me that a cap was missing and for me to take it back to the service place I came from! I went back and also asked for Angel the manager/ supervisor from 3333 Boston road location who asked Lewis to have someone show me the debris that was in the car because I was now being told different things. I was then shown only wires that and they pointed to debris being in a drain located under the dash board. What I was told was that the cost of the repairs would be to cover them having to pull up wires and flooring to clean! Angel asked for another quote of the price and it was still going to cost over 1000 for the “repair” and diagnostic! This is outrageous! Toyota definitely do not support their customers! I believe this a clear example of price gouging! And even when I was explaining my concerns you can clearly sense a level of I DONT CARE by the staff! Toyota lacks sympathy and are also passive aggressive as when I was trying to express my concerns all they kept saying was it had to be paid or get a payment plan! I believe I should be refunded or the diagnostic fee be reduced! And honestly will not be recommending anyone to city Toyota! Which is crazy as I did not hesitate to purchase a car at this dealership!
