Its been few weeks i booked my car under warranty repair and try to arrange the car pick up the lady said they don’t pickup the car but let her try with manager if manager allow then she can arrange. No one came to pick up the car on appointment then i call back and rearrange with her and she arranged the car pick up
Diagnose was done, and they keep the car for one night and next day they fix the car and delivered at my home.

All was covered in warranty great service

I went to ford service center 3850 Boston Road Bronx. In shortly telling that is worst service center. I went to over there brake and check engine issue. They solved my brake issue. But did not solve my check engine issue. But I have paid whole money. They re-set my check engine issue. This is not a permanent solution.only for half an hour solution. They hold my car 21 days. Still problem is not solved.

I have brought my vehicle here for a couple of years. Today I encountered two of the most arrogant associates. My husband followed the instructions given to him by the mechanic and went to speak to one of the female associates the lady responded” I do not speak Spanish “ this is ok not everyone speaks Spanish but as a customer service associate your job is to try and help your client. Instead of asking her co worker if she could assist in translating she brushed my husband off. He then proceeds to speak to the Spanish speaking associate who does not let him explain to her the instructions given to him by the mechanic and she rudely dismisses him. Clearly these ladies are not content with their jobs. Management should have a customer service training with all their associates to ensure that customer service has some improvement. Customers do not come here for free service. Everyone that brings a vehicle to this establishment pays out of pocket. So management please make sure the experience is worth the fee!

I want to apologize to her for treating her inappropriately, I know her name is Michelle and I recognize that my behavior was unreasonable towards you Michelle. I apologize for the survey that I gave earlier because after having done that I felt bad for taking my frustration out on you, I know that neither she nor anyone else deserves to be treated like this, and I understand that she did what she could to help me in my situation. I know that an apology is not enough but with great sincerity, I plead with you to excuse my behavior Michelle. From what I see, you are a good woman who despite your situation, treated me with patience even after my behavior towards you. Thank you for your time and please have a great rest of you day.

If I had to recommend them, no? I would not do it, your commitment and kindness ends when the sale is finalized, 2 months waiting for an appointment, now the car has been in the Yamo service for more than a week and nobody knows anything, they do not care

Don't even bother making an appointment. They don't ask what time your appointment is. There can be a million cars here and they just allow them to come in without asking if they have an appointment. Management is horrible they need to have a better system and service the ones who make appointments early.
Start asking the people what time is there appointment.

This place doesn't deserve any ratings. Horrible service, shady business. They kept my car for a week without diagnosing it. I made several trips to inquire as they never answered the phone. On the day that I had enough, I asked to speak to the manager. Long story short, it's at that moment I saw them just diagnosing my vehicle as they brought it out.listen, if you can stay away from this place, please do.

I mean this with all due respect, these people do not like their jobs. They do it because there is nothing else they are willing to start their career over again for. They do the minimal amount and keep it pushing without regard for customer satisfaction.

THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE SO YOU CAN MAKE AN APPOINTMENT.i CALLED THE SHOWROOM AND THE RECEPTIONIST SAID SHE WOULD HAVE THE MANAGER CALL ME RIGHT AWAY - THIS WAS YESTERDAY. Been tying for 3 days.
Guess what the MANAGER NEVER CALLED.

I will never go back I went to get recall done they didn't do my inspection and didn't tell me so left and got a ticket $65.00 so what kind of recall was that.

Horrible experience! Extremely slow service. Waited 6+ hours to get serviced. Would not recommend. It defeats the purpose of appointments and paying vehicle warranty when you’re not getting serviced in a reasonable amount of time.

First off, I have never in my life felt so applaud by the receptionist at City World Ford service department. I am a person who expects nothing but respect if I give respect. I mean come on why hire people to represent you (City World Ford) if they have terrible customer service skills. Whoever was the receptionist on
August 29,2022, in the morning should get some serious customer service training. And please don't me started on the actual service I'm coming in for. I came for all of my fluids to be changed because that's what I paid for and I am trusting them with my car just for me to make it all the way home and notice that nothing was changed or refilled. I mean come on you all got to do better than this. The only thing that I can say for sure that they changed was the dollar amount coming out of my pocket into theirs. You guys overall get a thumbs down. If you all were working as a team, you probably would get a thumbs up.

I wish I can put 0 star. If there is a zero star they are the ones who deserve it. The worst customer service ever. Never answer the phone. You will never get service on time even if you have an appointment. Trust me, find yourself another dealership.

The customer service at this location is horrible. I called in to check on the status of my car and a receptionist with a Spanish accent hung up on me twice, the first time while in mid sentence, and the second time without even addressing me. This location definitely needs a lesson on professionalism, courtesy, consideration, and customer appreciation. Without those of us who utilize your services there would be no services for you to offer. Unfortunately for me, my car is already in their clutches, but, I wouldn't recommend anyone else to deal with this location, they give Ford a bad name.

Worst place for new buyers, the charge my friend $22,000 just for financing, the car broke down a month later, also had a water filtration, STAY AWAY FROM THIS RATS

Worst Ford service ever! They’re customer service skills are no existent. They never answer the phone and do not communicate properly. The “supervisor” Manny is a joke. It’s simple, if your not happy with your profession then quit! Disgusting.
